they are trying to kill us. ridiculous when u read the nutritional values. vast amounts of salt, sugar, fats, cholesterol, all the bad stuff. if u buy fresh ingredients and make ur own food u will be much healthier. the processed foods are very convenient and often cheaper, but so bad for u!! it can be hard to stop eating them but we must try our best to cut them or eliminate them!! they are trying to kill us!! dont buy frozen foods for microwave make it urself!!

fastfoods, canned foods, almost anything packaged. even the fckn fruits and vegetables they are adding chemicals!! they are feeding bad things to the meat we eat!! some things they make arent even food!! its better if we can make real food thats healthy for ourselves and to stick it to the powers that make the process junk!! it is a major industry that also provides alot of fuel to the healthcare industry!! lots of unnecessary healthcare these days!!

Its funny how people associate only meat and few other things as processed meat. Premade and in a box or bottle is processed: those breads in bags, cereals, canned stuff, almost everything.

If you for 3 months ate food made only from fresh incredients or made scratch from home, you would be free of 99% of your health problems and your weight would go towards the average weight for your height. 

Its very easy to make fresh food than some may think. Even for breakfast, its as simple as boiling or frying egs in butter or ghee. You wont crave bread and other crap once you get that sugar addiction out of your system.

All these deit plans or nonsense. Cheat day is one of the worst thing you can do. Its just to keep you hooked so that you can never gain what you really want. Don't follow any diet that promotes eat only meat, or only this and that. 

Eat a well balanced diet from food made at home from scratch and you will see the fastest results.

ALso, if something is promoted as healthy or all natural be extra weary of those things. Lots of the healthy promoted foods are actually worse becasue people overeat them without givign a thought.

Labelling laws are very misleading. 

Most general population is brain washed, especially the americans and they get their "education" from social media and the news.....all pushes their own agenda to keep you slaves so that the top 1% gets richer and richer. 

You guys have no idea how fucked the system is and how you are poisoning yourself and your kids and familly with food. 

Can't teach everythin in a post...you will need a university course but to make it simple, make food at home from fresh incredients/from scratch as much as possible and you will be fine. You can cook ever 2 to 3 times a day and eat for the entire week! Certain food lie breakfast you can make with in 10 minutes.

You fockers spend so much time and effort taking care to maintain your materials such as car, hosue etc but little to no time to maintain the most important thing, your body and yoursef. There are guys who give only premium oil to car but they would posion theselves would alcohol, sodas and junk food on a regular basis.

The hell with all this nonsense. I eat whatever I want whenever I want. I love me a nice double whopper and greasy fries, deep fried foods, processed foods, etc. I smoke and I drink as well. I am 54 and slightly overweight, but who cares. I enjoy all meal times. I will live another 20 years making it to 74. Hell, thats a good long life for me, and I would want to live much longer than that anyway. And I will have lived a long and happy life, enjoying all the best greasy foods and whatever else, and my lungs will be black as hell, and my liver will be rotted, but guess what, I had one hell of a time getting to 74, and didnt have to worry about dieting, or any of that other crap listed here.
