How to lose weight quickly for 1 week.

It's not healthy but the cabbage soup diet and exercise will likely get it done but be very careful about becoming dehydrated or feeling dizzy, weak, and heart palpitations from a change in the bodies sodium/electrolyte level.

Lose weight in a week: 

-    Eat fewer carbs & more lean proteins

-    Avoid most processed junks food 

-    Reduce your calorie 

-    Lift weights & high-intensity interval training

-    Be active on day exercise

Ahaha, for 1 week. Many kilograms for such a period you do not throw off. For 1 week with a hard diet and training, you can lose 5-6 kg, but they will still return to you.

Well, I do not know a simple way to lose weight so quickly. Adhere to a diet and then you can lose 5 kg in 1 week ..
