How to lose weight quickly for 1 week.

Hello everyone I'm Adam, the new member. Am I having a problem as to how to be able to reduce 3kg in 1 week? Who has done that please share with me your experience. Thank

It's not healthy but the cabbage soup diet and exercise will likely get it done but be very careful about becoming dehydrated or feeling dizzy, weak, and heart palpitations from a change in the bodies sodium/electrolyte level.

Lose weight in a week: 

-    Eat fewer carbs & more lean proteins

-    Avoid most processed junks food 

-    Reduce your calorie 

-    Lift weights & high-intensity interval training

-    Be active on day exercise
