they have google, but yes.

depends on the heat / how long you stay in, etc etc.

it's better to go for a run bro, sauna is the cool off / lazy / fun part.
don't make it the workout.

the answer is no, you will lose 2-3 lbs of water depending on how long you stay in the sauna but then gain in back because you will get thirsty or hungry or both

A sauna has 2 uses.........

If it makes you feel better....do it......especially if you like hanging around a buncha nekkid men I reckon.................

Or....cutting weight .....for competition or winning a bet maybe
  * as you can lose 20 lbs or even more in a matter of days (combined with other stuff)

DANGEROUS....if you don't know what you're doing of course....MMA guys like GSP have this down to an art form (under a doctors supervision)

Sitting in a FREEZER tho......would actually be a better idea (for fat loss)

I HATE to admit it ha......
  * I did a (modified) version of this a few years ago

I had bet a buddy a LOT of money....I could lose 50 lbs in 5 months or so....but I got sick and fell behind
  * only a week to go and needing to lose 10 more lbs.....I remembered this stuff (he was talking shiit telling me I was done).....so I doubled down on his azz and made it easy .....

you just lose water which is then retained again once you drink liquids. The sauna is a good way to rid the toxins or waste built up from a good workout or substance use
