cross-fit and weight training both are different terms? how?

CrossFit compares to traditional weight training in terms of burning fat. Both can burn calories, but they have many differences in their goals

I believe that every person has his or her preferances. Why not try both and see which one works for you?

Cross fit sells because people can do sort of an all in one. Cardio, medium strength training flexibilty and be done with it without much pain. 
Weight training when done correctly and quickly produces much better results because you're isolating muscles. follow the weights with good cardio and the difference is much better shape. 
Most people don't know how to lift weights, it takes time to learn. 
Crossfit you just shake ropes and do other things that anybody can learn fast.
