So what does everybody expect tomorrow night?

Both candidates are very polished speakers so I don't think we'll see either make any major mistakes.  It might be uneventful with a lot of statistical claims that will keep the fact-checkers busy the rest of the week.

You might see Obama pull the trigger on some kind of Libya retaliation the following day, kind of a wag the dog, to deflect the foreign policy criticism he's bound to catch from Romney.

I also don't think there will be any "zingers" thrown by either Presidential candidate.  That can backfire and make them look bush-league.  That kind of stuff with probably happen though in the Biden / Ryan debate.

Thoughts?

Low on substance,
High on Obfuscation.
skirting of issues,
misrepresentations galore.

It will be a grand show of who can lie the most while keeping a straight face.

Loser blinks first.

Romney will win the debate with more substance, Obama will lie and distort the truth, but the corrupt media will spin it and say that Obama won the debate and the election is pretty much over.

The O was calm and boring as hell in the McCain debates.  He just stood there and nodded.

Predicting boring..... the O doesn't have to say anything.  Everybody has already been exposed to the platforms and behaviors and already made their minds up.  The debates are almost obsolete.  In the past, was rare to see Prez up close but the O is in TV every day spitting it.

Know what I would say if I was Obama tho..........

1)  Register to vote
2)  Did Mr. Romney bring a platform with him today?  And if so, which one did he bring?
3)  And then ask him one by one who is in the 47% until he quit.

Wow, a deserved lack of confidence.  Romney needs to get specific on where these 12 million new jobs are coming from.  The prez has do convince the audience things are really getting better (NOT!).

It will be short on specifics for sure, as we've probably already passed the point of no return.

And if it got dicey...... O can say....... "look dude, I'm just a teleprompter"......... "not good with public speaking"...... "give me a tangible issue and I'll give you a tangible response but if you want to drag your boy scout leadership into it, I'm the President of the Free World....... "why are you even on my stage?"

The media will declare Romney the winner because he "needs it more" and the media needs a race to cover.

The truth is those that hate Obama won't like what he says, those that like Obama will like what he says; those who hate Romney won't like what he says and those who like Romney (I think there might be a few) will like what he says.

Good thing, you are not Obama.
He does not have to be aggressive at all.
Here we say "let him fry in his own flesh", meaning lethim do his own mistakes.
Obama just needs to sit back and enjoy the Mitt-show, let him behave as a little dog.

Obama is so likeable......... I think he could stand there and pick his nose.

His response to every question could be along the lines of........... "Well, I broke 90 three times in a row and got me two birdies last week"
