Bankroll sitting at $+18,270, thanks to Mannings 3 interceptions because the falcons offense wouldnt have moved the ball as much as they would liked. Didnt help with the refs either but thats another story............

Still pending is a 3 team 10 point teaser: Broncos +13, Giants +8.5, Eagles +6................$4,800 to win $4,000

The rest of my roll will be going on two team this week...............I really like them & if I lose the roll, I will see you guys next year.

Chiefs +8.5 (-110)   $6,730 to win $6,118.20

Texans Pk (-110)  $6,730 to win $6,118.20

Good luck everyone.........................

This Chiefs line wont move just like the Cards vs the Pats didnt move one bit at several books, in fact it went down to +13 on Sunday. I loved the Cards last week but didnt bet them.

I wrote before the year started the Saints would be terrible because they dont have their HC, they have that bounty thing hanging over their heads & teams hosting the super bowl have always done terrible the season of......................

If you want to wait, the line may move back up to +9 but I guarantee you will not see +10 at the reputable sportsbooks. Im not talking about 5dimes where you pay the juice to get the best line.

As for the Broncos, their defense is for real but Manning as we all saw is still rusty. Manning coming back home vs a weak team I would say has a good chance of winning but the Texans have super bowl hopes & they will not let up on anyone this season. I have this line at Texans -3..................

PT BOYS what's your take on the Eagels/AZ Game ? Seems like a low number,.... Eagels -6 more in line ? Seems to easy. Eagels #1 offence and #4 defence. AZ # 30th in offence and # 13 in defence respectively. Liking Eagels but what am I not seeing ? Your thoughts ? Az 2-0 ATS

I know you asked for PT insight on the eagles but I wanted to share something if you don't mind...

This is a primary letdown spot for Philly! They are coming off a very tough game against Baltimore.. #1 offense! Well Vick is turnover prone and the Cardinals have actually played well on defense so far this year. Say what you want but I wouldn't back a team that just grinded one out against Baltimore then has to travel across the country to play a game with no motivation at all. Just a thought though! Good luck...

I will have trends, angles, etc for the games below but will add them as the week goes on, takes time to go through everything.

-Giants vs car:  Its a Thursday night game, Cam Newton on the NFL network, I do have the Giants in a 10 point teaser but as if now, I dont like either side but do think it stays within 7 points for the Giants.

-tb v Dallas: Dallas plays the Bears next Monday night at home & then they have a bye week & Tampa is in a similar spot with having a bye week in 2 weeks. Both Tampa & Dallas are 1-1 & its a very important game for both teams. I would tease Dallas down. I dont see Dallas losing SU the game before a Monday nighter.

-sf v minn: Very tough game to cap. Vikings are 1-1, barely beating a Jags team in week 1. The 49ers defense is superior & whenever you have a HC named Harbaugh, you have a winning team. I dont like betting on 7 pt road favs, then again, the Texans made it look easy last week. 49ers are coming off an emotional win off a Lions team on Sunday night so this could be a 49ers 3 point win, kind of a let down spot but when having a great coach, I dont know. Then again, Belichick was in a let down spot & the Patriots lost SU to the Cards as a 13 pt fav. Stay far away from this game.

-phi vs ari: Love the Eagles in this game, I have them in a 10 point teaser getting +6 points. Remember the Cards beating the Eagles in Philly last season as a 13.5 point dog? Similar to what the Cards did to the Pats last week. The following week the Cards got beat down by the 49ers. No way are the Eagles as good as the 49ers but I do believe this is a let down spot for the Cards. Cards have back to back home games & play Miami next week while the Eagles could be looking forward to the Giants next week on Sunday night at home so this could be a look ahead game for the Eagles, be careful, thats why I played the teaser.

- atl vs sd: Both are 2-0, Chargers handling business like I knew they would, told my friends after seeing the Chargers do lousy last season & Rivers being a turnover machine, it would be opposite this season. Falcons imo are over rated & if it wasnt for Mannings 3 int's & a little help from the refs, they would have lost Monday night, then again, its all part of the game. This game imo is the toughest game to cap because the line is SD -3???? Too much credit for the Falcons? Not enough respect for the Chargers? I wouldnt touch this game............

-Pitt at oak: Steelers usually struggle in Oakland........Steelers have a bye next week...........theres a system thats 11-26 ATS past 20 years saying to go against the Steelers as a road fav the week before the bye (take it for what its worth)...........I wouldnt touch this game.

-ne vs Balt: Sunday night game & probably the best game on the board. Brady as a dog after a loss has a great record & Belichick will have his team pumped for the Sunday night game. But are the bettors all gonna be saying the same thing?? Can Brady lose 2 games in a row, especially after losing SU & getting embarrassed at home as a double digit favorite? I so loved watching Brady lose on Sunday

Ravens after a loss, hmm.........I will have trends & any angles or trends in this game up later in the week but as of now, I like the Ravens to hand the Pats their 2nd straight loss but dont quote me on that, im still looking things over.................

Whatever you do, good luck & enjoy the games......................

Great points & having the Giants at home next week could have the Eagles looking ahead, thats why I put the Eagles in a 10 point teaser at +6. eagles could win by a fg in this game, seems thats all theyve been doing, is winning by 1 point in each game so far. If they keep playing with fire, they will get burnt.

Good points Geezy....................

Look at my thread last week & you will see I had the Cards as a lean & the Cards ML also as a lean of course. I should have bet $200 on Cards ML & a dime on the Cards. I do believe the Patriots are over rated & they were primed to fall or at least not cover last week. After that week 1 blowout of the titans, everyone got rapped into thinking they would do the same & Vegas brought out a  line of 13.5 (now thats what I call a trap)

As for the Chiefs, they are 0-2 & have nothing to lose, all the pressure is on the Saints & as I discussed the Saints before the season started, I said they wouldnt make the playoffs & would simply be terrible this season. Look at the Patriots, after the spygate thing broke, they have won another super bowl & I dont think they ever will again with Brady.

The saints play in Gbay next week & then come home to play the Chargers. Imo, they do win this game but by a late fg. The Chiefs will give the Saints all they can handle. remember one thing, no NFL team is as good or as bad as the week before.....................

PTB: I agree with you totally on the EAGLES - CARDS match. I know you follow ATS trends so you might be able to answer my question. Since 2000 seventeen teams have won straight up when they were dogs of 13.5 points or more. Do you how those seventeen team did vs the numbers in the following week? Sometimes I write down interesting ATS stats and I've got the last 8 teams in this situation have failed to cover despite going off as dogs the next week. Thanks in advance

Teams playing at home the week following a win as a double digit dog are 6-20 ATS since 2000. I will look closer into this trend, like what if teams are dogs at home, etc..................

The Chiefs tend to play their A game when you least expect it. They are definitely not as bad as they've looked in their first two games. I love this pick and can even see them winning outright. This might be my favourite of the week.

I'd say that Chiefs bet is ridiculous, but I saw your other picks so far, haha...

Thanks for the STAT PTB

I heard EAGLES C Kelce is done for the year and King Dunlap is pretty banged up so EAGLES might be down to their 3rd string LT. Also, I hear Maclin might not go. The waters get murkier.

P.S. I read your initial post with regards to putting the rest of your roll on two games. Come on man - don't do it! It's only week 3. I know it's frustrating but you gotta spread it out a little bit and use some money management. Anyways, if you pull the trigger on these games, good luck!
