Todd Pletcher has "Patch" who ran a close second gaining ground in the Louisiana Derby, from Union Rags I believe. Would he be eligible? That poor horse has only one eye from an accident, would be a nice story for him to go and do well. Battalion Runner was 2nd I think in the Wood Memorial, not bad. I read that One Liner is out indefinitely. Tapwrit sure had a bad Blue Grass race. Always Dreaming could be a dangerous horse. Have to see what Malagacy does tomorrow.

NE receivers will not be dropping balls like Chiefs did. The Chiefs probably left points on the field with drops. Credit their defense with not allowing a TD. Pittsburgh didn't look that great to me.

Atlanta's been quietly playing great football! They have a better defense than the Cowboys and are well coached. How will the Packers stop that offense. Seeing new blood for a change in the Superbowl. Falcons vs Patriots.

Not easy for the Pack. They were fired up and tired of hearing about how the G Men have kicked them out of the playoffs at Lambeau twice. They were ready, and the Giants weren't. I'm taking the Cowboys in this one. Where the Giants are lacking in offense, the Cowboys aren't.

My biggest fear is NE forcing turnovers. Osweiler did step up in some big games in Denver. 16 is a lot of points, but the Pats are so opportunistic. Don't know. Clowney has become a beast. Dallas doesn't have a great pass defense, but they have a great offensive line. I'm thinking there'll be a lot of points scored.

I would most like to see KC and Atlanta. I live only an hour away from Arrowhead (though I'm a Broncos fan). Matty Ice seems to be a super good guy with a lot of talent, would like to see him get there. Who I don't want to see there is New England yet again.

More of the same tomorrow - or not? Seeing the best possibility of an upset at Lambeau..

Could go with the Raiders +4 vs Houston rather than Giants +4.5. I"m not sure I can trust Osweiler that much,

The Chiefs will get in the playoffs, win or lose. The Broncos could win their last 2 and be left out. Baltimore and Miami would both have to lose their last 2 games -not too likely.

Does anybody like Colorado to cover vs Washington St?
in College Football
It's a home game they need to win. Also I'm leaning Oklahoma - 3.5, playing good defense now.

Aside from Nyquist and Exaggerator, all are longshots. I'm looking at boxing Abiding Star at 30-1 with those 2. He ran a beyer of 103 on a sloppy track, winning by 9 lengths 2 races ago. 3rd in class rating and 5th in prime power, could be worth a shot to hit the board.

I like Arizona vs Denver (and not because I'm a Denver fan). I'm usually negative when it comes to the Broncos. I don't think Arizona was trying that hard to beat Seattle in their last matchup and might be anticipating meeting up with them again in the playoffs. Carson Palmer is healthy this time, and the team is strong on both sides of the ball. Everything has seemed to fall in place for Denver. Peyton Manning was out with the foot injury for 5 weeks, yet Ozweiller managed to win enough games to keep them alive. Peyton Manning came back just in time playing great and must be highly motivated after having been a backup, also angry about allegations of HGH use. And after losing to both KC and Pittsburgh, it could be payback. NE is down this year. Cincinnati worries me most in the AFC. I feel really confident in Arizona.

Most like Green Bay, some to blow out Denver. I sure don't see that. Can't under estimate the value of a great defense. Does it really have to be Aaron Rogers vs Peyton Manning to determine the outcome of the game? I'm thinking it'll come down to defense. I like Denver here, in a close game.
