6-1 right now

But how would anyone be able to predict this? Vogelsong never gets rocked like this.

Yes I have Cubs too...and it was also my top pick yesterday

I think the game will go over 5 1/2 by the 2nd inning. I like Rockies to take a 4-1 lead in the first inning

So, good luck with the under for first half.

If I had to play here I'd take Rockies ML in a parlay

screw O/U I just  missed a huge 9 teamer the other night because my under plays.

MLB Betting / Indians -115? / View Post
Indians due to win, Royals due to lose.

also that, and the mind games...

those are the reasons for the line

Damn, yeah I hate betting +1.5 in MLB it's not worth it

Just take ML next time and you can bet less teams and make more profit without needing to win as many games.

probably mind games...to make people think Cubs is a lock

I dont know why but I liked them too at first glance

So i capped it and it turns out Phillies +1.5 is the solid play for this game they may even win outright because Dodgers just won as heavy favs yesterday.

But I did some capping and the +1.5 is a very solid situation, about 80% chance to win

But I will stay away from this game just in case.

4-4 just like I thought. lol

It has something to do with the streak boston is on.

People probably chasing on Boston, so the books want to make it hard on them and make sure they won't get a good payout.

I think Detroit will win today

And thank you as well for posting your picks

Don't even worry to the people who bash.

It was a close win, but like you said, a win is a win! St Louis was the right pick. But the White Sox RL was the most solid pick I think, I would of never bet St Louis myself yesterday. Because I had a pretty strong feeling Sox would win. But that didn't come true. lol

If you have it, why not post it?

These are the kinds of posts that make you over think the games.

No offense, I appreciate you taking the time to post it.

Just saying, it doesn't give away the winner or anything. lol

Based on all this info, who would the public pick in the Seattle Detroit game? (only based on this info here in this thread)

I'd like to see the responses. I bet it would be 50/50 lol

Thanks Ccess, you too

MLB I'd say is my worst sport as well, since I know nothing about it.

But yet, I've hit my largest win streak ever in MLB last season....but the bankroll is always small so I only do parlays. Then when I win the parlay I usually don't manage the money. Even if I win 2 big ones in a row, I'll turn $5 into $1000 and then blow the whole $1000 in about a week.

That's my weakness I can pick parlays consistently enough to profit long term (I estimate about minimum 150-300 units easily ahead every season) but I cannot seem to use good MM for the long term.

Any reasoning for your pick, can I ask?
Why is it the best pick on the whole board?

Thank you for any info

Bol I like this pick. I haven't capped yet but off the top of my head Detroit looks like a trap today. Lots of early love already for Detroit cuz of Price pitching I guess.

but detroit playing like crap lately, they can't score. Seattle been playing better since the break, so I like Seattle for the upset today, after the way yesterday's game went.

Follow picks, see what wins, what doesn't.

I have never purchased expert advice myself either, but I want to. The advice would be great to read.

And what to do from there...

Let's say I want to pick the Red Sox moneyline for Thursday's game, and this isnt a real pick, but read. All the signs point to picking them, seems like a great pick.

But when you checked a successful better, and he/she picked the Astros instead, and is confident about them. They give a great analysis as well. You should then take a second look at your pick, and maybe decide to bet elsewhere that day.

While the expert can be wrong, and if you chose the redsox, you have made great money. Or they could be right, and you can spend the day kicking yourself, and writing a thread about how you need to quit gambling.

But read from more than 1 source. You can't trust people on the forum when it comes to picking a winner, because as I stated before, 90% of people lose money.

Take all the info you got into account, and once you have heard from multiple successful people, make a decision from there. And if they all decide on 1 side, and you want that side as well. Make the Pick. And cash in my friend.

Once you read, and read, and read, and read. You gain knowledge of how successful people make there picks. You will get better and will start making better decisions on your own. And then once you add your own unique insight, along with all the info you have learned over months/years of doing this, you will be a perennial winner.

Oh I forgot to say I agree with everything you wrote this time

That is good advice!

Wow, you type fast. lol I just wrote my comment like 2 mins ago and I see already a long reply to it. lol

Well,

I apologize for my comment. I agree with you as well about it being a marathon and not a sprint. But that's just good advice for money managment (something I NEED)

Otherwise I think parlays and big profits are the way to go. lol people say parlays are sucker bets, I couldn't disagee more.

Like right now there is a guy on here, everyone probably knows named SharkLenny I think his name is.

I believe he won last 12 in a row, and now everyone wants to follow him...

but now is the time to start fading if anything. Because now he is due to lose and once everyone follows, things turn.

But he's a good capper, and so I dont expect him to have a real bad streak. But just saying things tend to even out in the long run.

Also covers is putting his posts into penalty box. For no reason. All because he is winning. Why do they even have a public message board, if they dont allow you to post winners? I dont get it.

No offesne but I dont think that is good advice.

You should never follow ONE guy, regardless off RSI or record.

Because people go through bad streaks. So you should follow only the HOT cappers and then switch and fade those same cappers when they go cold.

Ultimately you need to be able to come up with your own picks though as well, or at least have a feeling if you agree with what you are following or not, it helps. lol

And the experts on this site, the ones that charge for picks, are risky too. I've heard they go on big losing streaks so that could really put you into the whole if you dont have a huge bank to cover the drawdown

But I cant say for sure I've never bought picks here before.

I'm gonna switch my predicion of 3-5 to 4-4 now lol so I would just hold off on betting till the cold streak goes away

I wouldnt judge someone by how they talk. Let's say we have the world's craziest man, but he also happens to be the best handicapper in the world...wouldn't you want to follow him everyday? lol

If they pick winners, follow them.
