And no Vegas sportsbooks are taking $250,000 bets from random "beards" as you call it.  This is just so inaccurate.  Get a clue.

This is such a dumb thread.  Nobody cares.  None of this is accurate.  If a sportsbook doesn't like the way you bet for whatever reason, they have every right to ban you.  There is no rhyme or reason.  If you're banned at a book, go to another.  If you keep getting banned and are only making $1,000 wagers, it's a you problem.  Tough shitt.  They can do whatever the fuckk they want.  It's the company's money.  Nobody has a "right" to bet at any given book.  Understand that before you create stupid threads that clog up this website.

I may double down on my Jets bet because "Fat Hank" says Cleveland is the easiest bet this year.

If Baker Mayfield was starting, I would not be making this bet.  He is miles better than Tyrod Taylor.

GL, haven't decided if it's worthy of a play or not yet

Jimmy G is going to drop 30 on plenty of defenses, including this week in Kansas City.

Jets defense is just as good if not better than the Browns.

I take 0 stake in that Dolphins game.

Again, I bet the Jets in Detroit and I bet the Dolphins at the Jets.  I am 2-0 with the Jets this season and see everyone overreacting right now about that Dolphins game when it was clear they were going to have a MNF hangover.

Why will Tyrod be able to move it better against the Jets than the Saints or Steelers?  What have you seen that makes you think the Jets defense isn't better than either of those defenses?

Defensive DVOA:

Saints 21st DVOA
Steelers 25th DVOA

Jets 2nd DVOA

I don't see any reason to think the Jets aren't a better defense than either of those two teams.  And you say the Browns D is the x factor?  What about the Jets D that forced 5 INTs against the Lions?

And you do realize that the Dolphins only had 257 yards of offense, right?

According to DVOA...

Jets are better than the Browns at:

Offense
Defense
Special Teams
QB
Running Back
Offensive Line
Defensive Line

If you can find any categories where the Browns excel, please let me know...

Hue Jackson is moron, but Todd Bowles is only slight less of one, two low-IQ coaches going at it - I would ride with home Browns in a bit of a redemptive spot.

Tyrod Taylor: 5 Turnovers
Sam Darnold: 4 Turnovers

The "turnover machine" has less turnovers than the opposing QB.

Guess Tyrod is the real turnover machine.

All of you guys here laying points with the turnover machine that is Tyrod Taylor are in for a rude awakening.

If any team was due for a win it sure is the Browns

I know some sharps that are going heavy on the Browns.

Browns-3  seems like a sweet number especially if one buys it down to -2.5

BOl Luck and   GO BROWNS   darn the crappy Jets

Yeah dude.  Such a sweet number laying 2.5 points and then -145 on top of that.  Such a great bet.  You should definitely do that.  And when you make that bet, just know that your bookie will be smiling ear to ear.  Can't take people seriously if they're this uninformed about betting sports.  It's really alarming that people are willing to make these bets.

Sorry for what? I've watched every one of Sam Darnold's pro games, all whopping two, and every one of his college games with the exception of maybe one. So unless you've been watching this kid since high school, the whole, "I actually watch these games with my own eyes.." crap is really paper thin. Do you really think you're the only one on a gambling site, in a football forum, that actually tunes in to the games?

Look, I like Darnold but he is a rookie QB, two games under his belt, who was turnover prone in college and has three picks so far this year. He on the road, against a good D, on a short week. The home crowd will be pumped after two near-misses against traditionally good teams. Now, what about that is false?

What do you counter with? Sam Darnold, the rookie, is good? The Browns haven't won? Are they just never gonna win again? That is ridiculous capping.

Anyone that comes up with "The home crowd will be pumped" as a reason to back a team, I can't take seriously.

Spare me with that garbage.

Kinda the same bet if you're convinced it lands on 3

If it's a toss up, then getting 3.5 points is golden.

You can’t come back in the thread and talk about current juice when the line is going up to 3.5, making my -3 -110 a bargain, which I always said it was.

Good post Titus. Interesting read.

Thank you GOAT. I LOVE Jet fans being honest and fading their team when appropriate. It’s honest capping over adamant team homerism.

You posted it at -110, but it's not offered -110 anywhere at the moment, so kind of irrelevant, no?  I'm talking about for the person that is coming in your thread right now to find a wager to place.  At the moment, you cannot get -110.

So, does this mean you are telling people not to bet the Browns -3 -120?

*They are traveling, my bad, but Browns still had to come back from New Orleans as well.

I loved that opener against the Lions but I feel like it's more the Lions being bad that game then the Jets being that good. With that said...

Jets are playing 3 games in 11 days. That's too much for a sub .500 team with a rookie QB to handle. Browns D destroyed big ben and hung in there vs the saints at NO... they were a good kicker a way from being 2-0 vs 2 playoff caliber teams.

I LIKE THE BROWNS THIS GAME. Not sure if they have the offense vs the Jets above average D to really blow them out but if I had to choose I would take the Browns here. Darnold has too much to process in such a short week vs a aggressive D.

Jets fans are usually blind to their own team.  They didn't think they'd win in Detroit and then thought they'd win vs Dolphins.  Now, they don't think they'll beat the Browns.  Typical Jets fans.  I was on the Jets week 1, was on the Dolphins week 2, and back to the Jets week 3.

Not worried whatsoever that almost 70% of the action is on a team giving 3 points at home?

Most of the books are even making you pay at least -120 for -3.  Just insane people are willing to lay points with this team and then lay juice on top of those points.

I could understand laying 3 against the Bills or Cardinals (The only two teams worse than the Browns with Tyrod Taylor), but not against a team coming off of a loss with a competent QB and a good coaching staff.

This line is BEGGING you to lay the 3 and the juice.  Books are overjoyed with the action right now.
