That's a very small sample size.

Take the previous rounds.

The Blackhawks went on the road and won game 6 in LA. LA returned the favor on the road.

The heat were 1 and 2 on the road and 3-0 at home.

The spurs were 1 and 2 on the road 3-0 at home.

Hawks fan is right. There is no comparison. Home court means way more than home ice.

Heat may win, but it is not because they "need" to... Every team in every sport in playoffs need to win and guess what half of them don't

I think what he means, in term is of needing to win, is having  a sense of urgency to  win.  If the heat lose tonight, the series is all  but over. If  the spurs lose tonight, its 2-2 headed back home.

So in that sense, the Head do need this win more than the spurs  do.

Best of luck with your wagers.

I find it interesting the last two rounds, the spread hasn't meant much. Meaning the dog wins outright, no points needed. If the fav wins, they also have covered. Interesting trend. I think maybe one game where the favorite won the game but didn't cover the spread.

Care to explain this...

Game 1 line opens at -3 moves to -5/5.5 by game. Spurs win by 15 and the line opens for game 2 at -4.5. How is that too high ? What should it be -3? -2? Seems spot on IMO

Please tell me how it's an overreaction? The spurs have NOT beat the thunder this year when OKC has a healthy line up.
And you can't tell me the last time the spurs blew a 2-0 lead isn't in the back of their minds...

Game 5 will be very interesting. The spurs will play better but will it be enough? You're absolutely right, with a healthy line up, OKC has owned the spurs ALL season. I do see an athletic team on both ends of the floor. And it's evident that athleticism is causing the spurs all sorts of problems. A key, to me, is Jackson's injury. If he can't go, I don't see Lamb playing so well on the road.
GL on your wager.

I personally think the opposite. I believe with LeBron, you will get effort. IMO, it's all about if the pacers show up or not. Are they going to pout every time Miami makes a run? Or are they going to show a little bit of mental fortitude when adversity strikes. They didn't show that in games 3 or 4.  Plus it's not like Indiana has been great at home these play offs...
Having said that, will vegas really give us 4 straight Miami ATS wins? It has to even out, right?  On the other side, in the big 3 era, every time they have been down in a series 1-0, they have come back to win 4 straight and closed it out in 5 games. Might be a good spot to make a 2nd half wager.

The heat have that killer instinct. Indiana doesn't.
Good luck with your wager.

The other chase systems you do, you have det, Chicago, Houston all as system 1 plays @+1.5. You also have a rotation play of cinci plus the 1.5.

My question is with these plays...are you playing cinci +1.5 and wash ML? Because this thread has Washington and LAA as series chase.

Thanks for the giants play yesterday!

Care to explain? Under Sunday loot, it has both Miami series and Indiana. Today is Sunday and Miami does play Indiana in a best of 7 series starting today.

Maybe these series bets where for the previous round and loot boy forgot to post them... Sometimes loot boy likes to wait until after the game to decide if he played what he posted or if he 'switched.'

Thanks fellas! The smart move is Baltimore + the points but my gut says my Niners bet has a ton of value to hedge but luckily I have a little bit of time to decide.

I definitely think the Niners should be the favorite, however I think -5.5 is way too high
