Got UMASS at +7

They're W/L record might not look too good but they've been covering spreads very well. Also watched that Akron game last week, and UMASS looked a lot better against a better team. Wouldn't be surprised by a UMASS upset here.

Normally I would say thinking anything is 'fixed' is hokum, but considering how the majority of bets were all on pittsburgh, from where the line opened to where it was at game time, and neither spread covers in the end as they magically run out the clock and win by a fieldgoal. Inclined to almost believe the fix was in, pitt still gets the win and the books clean up big.

To the point of shochuman calling it quits on covers: welcome to the internet, where trolls and idiots abound on just about any thread anywhere when it's free to sign up and post. Have you ever seen all the hate Vue gets when he misses a pick or two despite nailing a lot of other picks? Or the crap I'm sure Mac gets cause he likes to pick a lot of dogs? Have either of them quit? No, they got a thick skin and ignore the idiots (props to Vue an MacWestie btw). If ya can't handle the heat then get on outta the kitchen. Always hate to see someone leave that's here for the same reason most of us are because of the idiots.

Back on topic:

Bears are in turmoil, bad record against the Pack. On the other hand, both teams coming off byes and bears due for a bounce back,  so I wouldn't be too surprised of they kept it close or even pulled the upset (who would've thought steelers and saints would've gotten upset like they did today? Shennanigans I say). Either way I'm stayin away from the side on this one, but I'm gonna pound that over 52.5 in a high scoring SNF shootout.

Borland has filled in nicely for Willis . They just need to protect the ball. This is actually a bad spot for Nola they are hot and sf is pissed off and desperate. SF+4.5 Is excellent value. How many times do you get a loaded team getting 3 points or more? Pats vs denver ? We all saw how that worked out.

Did you really compare Niners vs Saints to Pats vs Denver from last week? Newsflash: Colin Kapernick is no Tom Brady, and he isn't going into this game with a 10-5 record against Drew Brees. Niners are a loaded team? Yet they barely manage to get ten points the rams and FUMBLE the ball at the goal line to end the game? I want some of whatever you're smokin cause it must be some wild stuff.

With you on AZ St here, was watching some real late night ESPN last night and they were talking about how ND is 1-8 ATS after playing Navy

With that being said, i still think it will be a close game. bought the half point. CLE +7  - BOL anyway!

This is what I like to see on here, in thr end our wagers may be on the opposite side of the ball but the whole point of this site is to sharr good information. End of the day everyone puts their own cash on the line and has to make their own decision.

On the point of using fantasy stats to help in capping games, I think there's some validity to it. Then again odell beckham got 15-16 fantasy points against the colts monday night but they still lost amd colts covered the spread with room to spare.

Either way I'm going with Cincy tonight. Their offense has been looking better since the debacle against new england, AJ Green is back in, Sanu is still a valid receiving threat, and even with Bernard out Jeremy Hill filled in for him last week and had a monster game. As for the Browns, after their performance this past sunday I just don't see how they stay close enough on prime time.

BOL to all

Eh I would liken the colts loss to the steelers to the patriots loss to the chiefs. Ever since that loss to the chiefs pats have been cover machines, even against peyton and company this weekend when everyone thought they would get slammed by the broncos. I look for the colts, who have covered 6-2 this season, to take out their frustrations on a giants team that either starts a quality team or their practice squad. Giants may score a few here and there, but I think the colts easily cover the field goal spread.

Colts -3 and over 50

Gonna go with The Pats and The Under on this one:

Under- easy, this weather is gettin damn crazy up in foxborough.

Pats- Brady has an established record of beating Manning, especially at home. Factor in Manning's atrocious record of games played in really cold weather and it's an easy call.
