My insurance company has an incentive program where if deemed healthy they give you a $300 debit card. If you are not deemed healthy, they give you $100, and if the goals your doc sets are meet then you get the additional $200. I recently had the blood work done to get my $300. I consider myself a healthy person, but wanted some input on mu numbers, as I don't know too much about them. I think SharpAction had some good input on another members numbers before....

Total Cholesterol: 127
HDL: 61
LDL: 54
Triglycerides: 61
Glucose: 82

The letter from the doc says these are great numbers........

Been a while....

I'm proud to say that I am on day 60/62 of my insanity workout. I have been incredibly busy with work and school, which made it that much harder to maintain the dedication to this routine. I have no regrets, however. The results that I have seen are really remarkable. It sounds like an infomercial, but it really is amazing how much you can transform your body is 2 months. I have never been in this kind of shape in my life. My arms and legs are as solid as can be, and my core is just something I've never had there, defined. Haven't done a single sit-up or crunch, but have the best midsection of my life, hands down. Couldn't be happier with the results that I got from this workout.

Everyone keeps asking me what I going to do next, and I honestly don't know. I can't see myself getting into another routine that will come anywhere close to the results that I have gotten from this. I would like to put on a little more mass, so weight training is likely, but I think I will start right back at the insanity in about a week.

If you are serious about changing your body, and your life, this is the way to go. I wont lie, it takes a lot of dedication. Its really only about an hour a day, but its 6 days a week. Its as much a mental challenge as it is a physical challenge, but the results will drive you, no doubt.

Started month 2 yesterday. Did a fit test then the first new video. All together, was about 1:45 min workout....

Shit is legit. The visable results are undeniable. I'm tired a lot because of my schedule, but other than that I feel great. 27 days to go (cheers)

Day 25 today.

I'm only down another LB, so 6 total. Think the progress has been steady. My legs have always been solid, but they're getting to a whole other level now. Calves are straight shredded. Program is actually 9 weeks, as week 5 is a recovery week -a lot of balance and core I assume- and all new routines come in for weeks 6-9. I'm excited to see what they will bring, and how my body will look and feel when its done.

Just keep workin

No happy hour up here in Ma either. Although casinos coming to town is causing a huge push to compete with their complimentary drinks.

Moves:
Switch Kicks
Power Jacks
Power Knees
Power Jumps
Globe Jumps
Suicide Jumps
Push-up Jacks
Low Plank Obliques

Overall good progress, I feel. I think the reason for the drop in the Power Jacks was due to poor form first time through.

I used to run a lot, 4-6 miles almost daily, and I think the starting and stopping fucking blows.....

If it works for you, great, but I hate it. I also think laying off of soda and sweets is a large diet change. You should just avoid them all together.
