Yes, they are.  Kicker is the only weakness.  Tide, Clemson, and Georgia are the only teams with both their offensive and defensive units rated in the Top 5 nationally in efficiency.  And that is why OU goes down, as good as they are on offense, they are facing a total team on both sides of the ball tonight and are doing so with a terrible defense that has to play a very good Alabama offense.

Bama will roll OU tonight, I gave the 14 and feel pretty confident with it.  It could be a shootout and stay under 2 TDs, but I am thinking something like 49-28.  Bama can run it and have great receivers so don't see them getting stopped much.  OU receivers will hit some plays but they won't get the separation from Bama DBA they usually do.   Very tight windows for Murray.

ND is out of their league tonight.  The OL is getting abused, can't run it and having to throw quick, short passes.  No time to let receivers work themselves open.  I took ND and 14 because I thought Lawrence would have some nerves in his first big game, he didn't, and the receivers have killed it for him.  After watching the 1st half, I took Clemson -4/12 for the 2nd half.  No way ND climbs back into this.  They beat one team this year who had athletes, Michigan, nobody else.  Trouble is Michigan lost all three games where they faced a decent team.  So that is why there was respect to even put them in the playoff, but they are clearly the weaker team of the 4.  Maybe a back of the Top 10 team, but not a Top 5, imo.  GL to all.

Yeah, I don't like Tech, Paul Johnson, or his silly offense but this looks like a walkover to me.  Minnesota is soft against the run,has players missing, and hasn't faced an offense like this.  Bowls are unpredictable, but this looks as easy as it gets.  Definitely think double digit win for GT tomorrow.  Biggest bowl yet for me.

Hard to trust ny bowl games much with the flakey attitudes some teams come in with, new coaching staffs, and players sitting, etc. but I agree here, GT is one of the better bets so load up as much as you do on any other bowl game this year.  They have no top draft guys so all players should be available, and they are just happy to make a bowl so there should be no let down.  Players want to show out for the new coach coming in to secure a position.

Minney is weak against the run and they won't be able to replicate this in practice, no one on that squad can run the TO offense at that speed in practice.  Add in the missing players and this could be a rout.   Tech should win by double digits, probably 17+.  But don't go crazy, it is still a bowl and weird things can happen.

Ouch!  That had to hurt, and you are right, it had nothing to do with the game.  Coach is a headcase.  I don't bet, or watch, NFL and haven't for years.  But I feels for ya!  I have had my WTF moments before (both ways I might add, winning and losing.)

Fisher is the guy who left the OL in such bad shape, it sucked last season too.  Doesn't look like a genius to anyone who knows how he let things go down hill.  Not touching either team in that game, but the FSU players do look like they have had enough.  They played good D for a quarter last night but seemed to quit once Clemson got them down.  May be the defense that quit because they had done all they could, and offense had nothing to give in return.

No way UGA opens at -7 or less, KY opened last week at -8 against Mizzou.  Cats will be stoked for the game but they are too one dimensional to stay with Georgia.  KY is good with the run but have no passing threat, Dawgs will load the box and hold the run gown enough for their offense to win by double digits.  I expect the line to be around 10-13.  UGA wins this one, and covers up to 2 TDs pretty easily.  Mizzou had them down 11, (14-3) until the kick return gave KY life late in the 4th.  They stole that game, and that isn't sour grapes, I had Kentucky and 8.

Don't know what the Bama/LSU line will open at but I got an early bet down this past week taking Bama -14.  Vegas knows the public will bet heavy on the Tide so it might open tonight higher than that.  LSU has a good defense with lots of talent but hasn't played a diverse offense like this one that can both pass and run equally well.  Bama can contain the run well, Burrow isn't good enough to take advantage of the Tide's biggest weakness, their secondary.  Wouldn't bet anyone that doesn't have the QB and receiver group to take them on via the air.  LSU usually plays them tight, and it is in Baton Rouge, but Saban isn't going to let anyone take him out of a shot to win the SEC title game and put their future in the hands of the Committee.  Alabama wins something like  31-10.  Good luck to all.

Going to wait for this line to move more from those who feel this is a slam dunk, then bet Miss State.  They have looked bad the past two weeks but lost to better teams.  Auburn is vastly over rated, has no running game, poor OL play, and Stidham is running for his life because of the lack of blocking.  Malzahn's offense doesn't seem to work without a strong running game, and he doesn't have one this year.  Not betting it heavy because MSU is struggling themselves but the public perception of Auburn is way out of line to their team.  Mullen knew everything about the MSU players and schemed that game very wisely, Malzahn doesn't have that edge.  Auburn could win this week, but they hit rough waters the remainder of the season.  4-5 loss team, imo.  And under might be a good play when they come out, AU's only strength is their front 4, weak on offense, STs, and secondary. Low scoring, close game, could go either way.  GL to all, small play for me, should be a good game.

Another name your score game.  With Bama coming off a close game at A&M last week, I think Saban cracks the whip on his troops and they roll over an Arky squad that is just getting whipped by everyone.  I think Bama puts their foot on the Hogs' throats and dominates, especially with their defense.   Bama wins something like 42-10.

Georgia will not have a letdown against a weak Mizzou team, they play off the charts in home night games.  With the added incentive of moving up a spot or two in the rankings, this team can name the score.  And there in lies the dilemma, I don't see Kirby Smart just pounding a helpless Mizzou team but he has to give Eason some meaningful reps throwing the ball (Fromm too).  Mizzou is terrible against the run and UGA can run it with the best, but look for them to work on the passing game some.  And also look for Locke to have some success throwing the ball against Georgia, he is the best passer the Dawgs have faced all year, and has some fast receivers.

That said, a pumped up UGA team at home is just way too talented for Missouri.  I hate "name your score" type games because they are more than just about matchups, and you never know how long the coaches play the scrubs and what the other coach does to defend themselves.  I think  Georgia wins something like 45-13 but they could win 55-6 if they choose.  No bet for me on this one

What a huge flop by this Wazzu team.  I didn't bet it because I thought the line was pretty close but how sloppy and unfocused can you be?  They knew they had a chance to move up a spot or two and get closer to their goal, and still laid an egg with 7 turnovers?  Glad I didn't trust this group, won't the rest of the year.  They may upset someone, or keep a big game close, but there are issues with this team or you would not see a performance like the one last night.

Agree, A&M is a decent team and Florida has an average defense and an offense which lacks any identity.   Sumlin has  A&M believing in themselves and the new Freshman QB Monds.  Dangerous receiver in Kirk, and a diversified running game with both the QB and a big back is too much for Florida to stop. This isn't the same stonewall, Florida defense they had the last two years, especially in the defensive backfield.  And except for a few wide running plays, the  Florida offense does not present much of a threat to any decent defense.  A&M wins, and covers easily.

SC is the pick here.  TN is a split camp and sending out a first time starting QB who has shown a bad attitude earlier in the year.  Sgt Carter has lost control of the team  and I don't see them caring about winning one for the Gipper.  They have one offensive threat, RB Kelly and he was shut down last time out.

SC is certainly a team with flaws but I see them winning this easily against a really dysfunctional TN team who will likely hear their fans boo them again, it has become what they are over the last few years.  Bad times on Rocky Top.      SC   24    TN 13

Don't like Florida in this one, offense is really bad.  LSU's is too, but they are a cornered animal st this point and get some players back.  Like the under as a play but also a small play on LSU to win SU.

Easy cover for FSU here.  This is a decent team for Wake but they are simply are out athleted in this game by a dangerous, hungry Nole team.  FSU defense may hold the Deacs to single digits.  Seminoles by 17+    3 unit play for me.

Not sure VT has enough offense to overcome that Clemson defense but I do think they will keep it close in a low scoring game.  VT and the points for me.  Not a high confidence game for me, one unit play.  GL to all.

TN is a cornered, wounded animal and will play with intensity, but they just don't have enough firepower on offense to move the ball against a stout UGA defense.  TN has had trouble stopping the run all year and this is, collectively, the best group of backs in the SEC.  Dawgs win by double digits.  4 unit play for me.

Original poster, you are a great cheerleader for your team, but we don't come on a betting site to listen to you, or other homers, give us a distorted view of the home team and how much you love them. Your win of an over rated Auburn team (again) isn't proof of how great Clemson is but what suckers the media were for believing a QB with 5 games experience in the no-defense Big12 meant Auburn would finally have a decent offense again.  They were horrible, partly because of Venables' always salty defense. Had they scored TDs on those two first and goals instead of TDs, no one would have been able to find you this week.  Part of that is Venables' defense, he is one of the best DCs in the business, but mnore can be attributable to Malzone's lousy red zone plans.  He has failed in that situation for years because he wants to get cute.  But that doesn't make everyone want to bow at the Clemson alter.

The other reason for all the delusion is you think winning the playoff makes Clemson "the best team in CFB".  It doesn't just the same as the winner of the Super Bowl, World Series, March Madness, etc., aren't always the best...just one of the best.  Last year's Clemson team was probably a Top 10 team, but were not a Top 5 when you look at how they played all year: struggled with Auburn in the early season, took to the very end to seal the deal against a Louisville team that lost four or five times, lost to another average Pitt team, and needed NCST, another average team, to miss a chip shot FG at the buzzer to even get them in the Top 10 at all.  I don't think you beat Bama if Scarborough doesn't break his leg in the title game, nor if Saban doesn't lose his mind and fire Kiffin as OC.  Be happy, celebrate your good fortune, but don't come on here and act like you have a pulpit to teach everyone else about football.

That said, you have a decent chance of winning the ACC this season if your offense can get it going.  Tell us about that part of Clemson, because it is the only way you win the ACC again.  That showing the other night looked weak to me.  I look forward to this weekend's game, feel you have a good shot to win it, but it is too close to call for me.  Need to see something out of your O man, and really look forward to seeing your defense against LJ, should be a good game.  Have fun, and keep your posts balanced.  Put your pom poms down.

Really like both the under and the points in the Georgia/ND game.  UGA front seven is very, very good.  I think NDs running QB can burn them 2-3 times but not enough to put up a lot of points.  Smart will likely protect his freshman QB in his first start, and in an away game, by running the ball and taking the pressure off the passing.  UGA is 5 deep with quality backs headed by Chubb & Michel, but don't sell that kid short at throwing the ball, he is a baller and walked right out last week and looked comfortable playing despite no expectation to play much.  UGA too much talent, but it is a must win for ND after the 4-8 season last year so they will battle to the end.  I think it is close with Georgia winning, but it wouldn't be a shock if one play flips it to ND.  I think something like 23-17 Georgia.
