Fnk kicking games  - I had them ml - Good luck

Yeah, both teams scored 5 touchdowns and a field goal.  The difference in the game was extra points.  That blows!!!  an_bomb

Hopefully it'll turn around for you today.

Very much so.  I would have bet the Bama team total OVER every week, but my casino won't do team totals.

I have two teams on my card that I think are undervalued - Cincinnati and NC State.

Best of luck this weekend!!!

Alabama's new level of dominance, which is to say they actually have a competent QB, is probably not good for the college football brand, but if we want to win money as gamblers, we must deal with reality.  But, clearly, Alabama has taken a lot of the mystery and, by extension, fun out of college football.

Great to hear from you D4L.  Hope all is well with you.

Complete mismatch at every level.  Mizzou won't get the lucky scores they got last season.

Alabama, Jr. 52 - Mizzou 20

Last week I was 2 & 3 on posted NFL plays, and 1 & 1 on Best Bets.  I do quite a few teasers in the NFL, and this week sets up nicely for one.  I've done two so far this season, and hit them both.

4-team, 7-point early games teaser paying 9 to 5:

Cincinnati +10 @ Carolina

New Orleans +10 @ Atlanta

Buffalo @ Minnesota -9.5

NY Giants @ Houston OVER 35

Monday Night 6-point teaser:

Pittsburgh @ Tampa Bay +7.5 & OVER 47.5

Saturday Evening Games:

Rice +14.5 (-120) @ Southern Miss  *** Best Bet ***

East Carolina @ USF OVER 68  *** Best Bet ***

NC State -5 @ Marshall

Saturday Late Game:

Arizona State @ Washington UNDER 24.5 (1st Half)

I finally was able to free up some time to handicap college football this week.  Let's see if that translates into more auspicious results.

Looks like I went 3 & 3 last week, and 2 & 1 on Best Bets.  I hate trying to keep track of my overall NCAA record, but I come up with 17 & 17 overall, and 7 & 3 on my Best Bets.

For the second consecutive week, I lost the Alabama OVER by a half of a point.  Like I have been saying since before the season began, the only thing that will prevent Alabama from covering, and their games from going OVER the total is Nick Saban.  So when it comes to Alabama games, I feel as though I'm not handicapping the match-up as much as I'm handicapping recess of Saban's mind.  For example, if Saban wants to beat Jimbo by 4 touchdowns this week, then it'll happen.

With respect to Alabama, I will reiterate what I said pre-season.  In the Saban era, prior to the arrival of Tua Tagovailoa, Alabama has never had an elite QB.  AJ MCCarron was closest thing Alabama had.  Under Saban, Alabama has always had the weapons.  They have just not had a QB that could take full advantage of that talent.  The last two seasons Alabama probably had the worst QB play in Division I football, yet was still playing for national championships.  Just as I explained before the season began, with an elite QB like Tua, Alabama will make an absolute mockery of college football.  Nto only will they not lose a game with Tagovailoa, I doubt any team in college football can stay within two touchdowns.  Yes, Saban has pretty ruined college football.  Bet accordingly.

Friday Night Game:

Washington State +4.5 @ USC

Saturday Early Games:

Georgia -13.5 (-120) @ Missouri  *** Best Bet ***

Akron @ Iowa State OVER 47.5

Ohio @ Cincinnati -8

Saturday Afternoon Games:

Northern Illinois +10.5 @ Florida State

Arizona @ Oregon State +7

Texas A&M @ Alabama -26

That is what is known as classic overreaction.  Detroit is the better team on both sides of the ball, and should win outright.

Why are you posting stale lines from early this week on these 4 games? All of those lines have been long gone for days now. Auburn is -10.5/-11 everywhere now.Vanderbilt is +13/+13.5 everywhere now.Alabama is -22.5/-23 everywhere now.Ohio State is -13.5/-14 everywhere now.

I bet those three on Tuesday.  They were all -110 bets.

Be that as it may, I would still make the same bets are whatever line you are seeing.
