4 colt superbowls all played in Miami.  Next year's SB is in Miami.
Patriots due for an off year will help to pave a Colt path back to Miami !
I'm already on them at 18-1.

Pats always seem to find a way to get there. I heard on the radio that when saints won the Super Bowl last time. Kinda of interesting. Will the result repeat?I have 2 systems that I follow and 1 presents colts and the other presents (betting against the colts) so I think I have to pass altogether on that game. honestly tho if I am to bet the game for action I will probably take colts moneyline to follow the “betting against young qb” trend. it’s flawless so far I think.

What was that stat about the first 3 young QBs losing with only Mahomes left? I remember reading it but forgot how it was worded exactly.

Agreed. There is almost no down grade at the position with McCoy instead of Smith.

Agree! Colt's time has come!!

I've heard on radio that this is "must lose" situation for Oak who's main goal now is 1st round draft pick.

As a Skins fan, it seems to me that everytime  they win a couple,  I get that feeling they might be moving on to some higher level of achievement... and then they throw in a real clunker and bring me back to reality.
After Redskins beating Carolina and Dallas, I'm getting that feeling again and expect the Giants will bring us back to reality. Hope I'm wrong

Wallstreetcapper - sorry if i came off as a "pumper" when i first posted here about AMFE a year ago. I was a 'virgin' penny stock buyer who wanted to share my thoughts on the investment, and get the opinions of the more savvy investors on here as to its validity and potential. The impending audit and uplisting was the constant carrot on the stick that would offer the turning point for AMFE's growth and stock price. Several times in the past year, the company issued PRs saying the audit was within weeks, even days, from completion and I shared this information in future posts on my thread.

Frustration mounted when the audit did not come out when expected. Some stockholders were so critical as to accuse them of no longer seeking or being unable to obtain an audit. Many left and the stock price continued downward.  i bought in at .17, later at .13 and again at .11 – the last two times based on their erroneous PRs regarding the audit.  And yet I did see other good things occurring that I chose to believe were of value. So even when it fell further to .08 I continued to hold.

Well the audit is now out, the critics are silenced, and the reversal in pps appears to be underway as we are back up to .13(from .08 2 days earlier) and more good news is on the way (pardon the pump!).  I've learned 1 year for a multiyear audit of a company that made several acquisitions in the process is not unusual. The uplist is also now pending which will open AMFE to an entire new universe of potential buyers.

So, in my most humble and “non-pumping” opinion, I’m optimistic about the future of AMFE and my investment. I also invite everyone to “check it out” as well, which is all I was asking in my original post.  Of course, in the end, only time will tell.

PRESS RELEASE GlobeNewswire
Mar. 22, 2018, 08:00 AM

Toronto, ON , March 22, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amfil Technologies Inc. (OTC PINK: AMFE) is pleased to announce that between November 1st 2017 and February 28th 2018, the distribution side of Snakes & Lattes Inc. has grown from 20 retailers and 5 SKUs to 170 retailers making up 300 locations and 35 SKUs.

Snakes & Lattes Inc. recently attended trade shows in New York, Reno and Nuremberg, Germany which has resulted in continuing conversations with 10 new publishers (contracts out) and we have formally started as the exclusive distributor of Hub Games, the makers of ‘Rory's Story Cubes’, ‘Untold’, and ‘Blank’.

Snakes & Lattes Inc. also acquired the Canadian Distribution rights to ‘Build Up’ as well as the North American distribution rights to Morning's games ‘Kill The Unicorns’ and ‘Red Panda’. In addition to these new titles, the company also received the exclusive rights to The Awkward Yeti's game ‘OrganATTACK!’ in Canada as well as Galactic Sneeze's lineup of ‘Spank The Yeti’ and ‘Schmovie’ The company also got the rights to the ‘Not Parent Approved’ version.

The company is also pleased to announce that it is in advanced stages to buy Morning, a board game publishing company based in France. Morning was created in 2011 as a distributor and published its first board game, KUMO, in 2015. The company's latest success was a Kickstarter called "Kill the Unicorns" that was financed thanks to almost 8000 backers and $300,000 USD.

The upcoming acquisition of Morning gives AMFIL the opportunity to accelerate the reach of the European board game market that is $2.4 Billion EUR (Approx. $3 Billion USD). Morning is distributed in France, Germany, UK and 20 other markets worldwide. The company also directly serves a network of 400 shops in Europe.

Valentin Famose, the COO of Morning talks about this partnership,

"We have been talking with AMFIL for the past few weeks, we are really happy about this opportunity to be part of something bigger and leverage the power of Snakes & Lattes to accelerate our growth in North America benefiting from an established network of shops and an outstanding reputation in the board game industry.

This buyout should be secured before the end of April.

Snakes & Lattes Inc. continues its aggressive expansion on both the distribution and retail levels, striving to achieve its goal of industry domination from initial publishing to final retail sales.

Waiting for this 3-yr audit has been grinding on for months - this company tweet targets April 6. Volume been low in expectation of this so hoping this comes to fruition. Once it is out, expect immediate uplist to OTCQB exchange.

Email from auditors states (as it currently stands) that by the end of the upcoming week we should have the final updates to financials completed including the final review & approval including EQR approval. With a couple days cushion we've been given an April 6th date for filing

I think it's time to turn your radar back on Jamie.

The overdue 3-yr independent audit has been completed and will be filed in next few days followed by uplist off the pinks and onto larger exchange. Good times ahead!  an_cheers

Good luck Sungod and thanks. I had forgotten the name of the poster here who turned me on to AMFE 6 months ago or I would have credited you in my initial post. I hope an even BIGGER Thank You will be coming your way when this stock finally makes a big move.

Been waiting patiently (lie, IMpatiently!) for this 3 yr audit and uplist which now appears to be imminent. However also encouraged that it has been consistent and solidifying a good base over the past 6 months.  I've added since my initial investment - Locked and loaded! Thanks again!  an_dance $$AMFE!$$

Results of 3 yr Audited Financials are expected in order to uplist to the OTCQB. The application for the OTCQB was submitted a couple of weeks ago and is publicly on file in preparation for upgrade once the audit is submitted.

Submission of the audit expected "end of January" and it should be catalyst to make AMFE pps move up signficantly and quickly. Shareholders waiting impatiently.  The next quarterly report is also due and expected to be strong as well if it follows past reports.

Just to provide the ending to the dilemma... Majority of opinions I sought from players outside our League thought it would be worse to retroactively change the results of games already played.

So i did the 2nd option: accepted the games played that week and moved the original week 4 schedule to week 14.

The original 14 week schedule had the 12 teams playing each other 1x.  Then the teams you meet in weeks 1,2,3 meet again in week 12-14 to complete the regular season. This solution at least maintained the equation of playing one team 2x during the season, it just change 1 of the 3 teams they were supposed to play twice.

A couple teams lost out that week but no one left the League. Fortunately, having been commish for 29 years earned me enough street cred with the league owners to know that it was an honest (albiet stupid) mistake with no easy solution.

In addition to purchasing AMFE back in Sept, I also bought Synchrony Bank (SYF) at $30 and it has gone to $39. Real-life reason i bought - I wanted to buy a CD and the brick and mortar banks are paying crap so I moved $20K out of wells fargo and into SYF for a better rate.  Have to believe a lot of other people are doing the same so think the growth is with online banks vs the usual guys. Just not sure how much more this market has to go before a correction, and it might be a big one.

I dont know alot about the stock market but I started a thread on AMFE which I bought in Sept. I'd appreciate any opinions on it from the more savvy investors that post here. It's a "pink sheet" penny stock now at .19 but on the move (I think!)
