Indy has a punchers chance if the continue to allow Hibbert to commit fouls and call it the "rule of verticality" and let Paul George hold the whole game. Prob not gonna happen since it'd be insane to think they will call more offensive fouls on Lebron than defensive fouls on George like they did in the last series when he guarded Melo. That whole thing was kind of bizzare.

That being said, hopefully u get lucky and they allow that nonsense in game 1 so u can hedge.

Everybody keeps saying McFadden will play but Rotowire has him as out. Which one is it? Does anybody have a credible source one way or the other here?

The quote was a reference to a Bill Walton comment that is made fun of on Boomer and Carton all the time. However, you are right. He is a genius for getting that kind of money.

In regards to the lockout. That was a joke. They supposedly were going to solve the leagues issues during the contract but actually didn't change anything.

Rubberneck, his issue was them going that extra mile to ensure the market could open while the rest of the area was in shambles. I was honestly amazed they were able to clear the place out and having it up and running but not the rest of the area. It was specific to that.

Your question was a little vague. However, on the poker front. Places like Goldman said they were looking for those "types of skills" during the poker boom in the mid-late 2000s. However, unless you're on the insite these skills are pretty useless for trading. You need to be making monster moves in the financial markets for anything you do to have an impact and a casual investor certainly isn't doing that. Ironically enough that whole thing was kind of smoke and mirrors anyway. When push came to shove, many hires at those types of firms were nepotism based so unless you happened to be Johnny Chan and were a recognizable poker face, not sure how that would even help you get through the door.

Thanks for clarifying. I'm not complaining. I'm an action junky. Was already on K State and UConn so I like where you're heads at. Best of luck this wknd!

Brian Cashman flat out said it was his decision to bench A-Rod. Girardi is a glorified puppet at this point. The media would be killing him, except he's not calling the shots. This is a circus. I never thought I see the day where Yankee management got out if control, but that day has come.

Irage, I meant that it seemed as if Tulane was locked in so I was wondering if it was a no play (bet on Miss to cancel it out). I guess my question is how can I determine your plays. I've been following for a while. Last yr you seemed to fire pretty early in the wk. Trying to get an understanding of what you're doing now and why things changed. Thanks man! Goodluck today!

Did you bet on Miss and just take a loss on the Vig? I thought Bold were the plays you liked and they were locked in?

I was actually going to suggest multiple accounts or books to minimize detection likelihlocal. Depends on how your local is run really. Many locals now use proxy sites. Typically hosted out of costa rica. These offer some but not many Alt lines. You can def find RL and PL on these. As for Vegas, I think any Cantor run book would take these bets.

Depends on your book to be honest. If you have a local it usually goes through a runner. Those guys typically don't have the knowledge to notice. Larger books may have an automated method of checking. They would look for correlation and betting patterns. Outside of that, you wouldn't raise any red flags in my opinion. That being said, if you were to start burying them they may take a look to see what exactly is going on.

I use the site so I will answer your question to the best of my ability. First, I assume you are referring to a teaser bet. There is really no optimal number. The only thing I would recommend is that for football you avoid key numbers and ensure you get pts that would avoid a push at a key number (like 7). Keep in mind that these bets always look great on paper but at the end or the day, it's called a tease for a reason. Goodluck!

All of the stocks you mentioned never made sense to me in terms of the hype they were getting. At the end of the day, there users mostly are taking advantage of free services. Not sure how you can sustain long term revenues/growth. Once there became a cost associated with those stupid facebook games ppl quickly quit. Zenga/Facebook's best revenue maker that I could see would be gambling if online gambling is legalized in the U.S. People would be interested in knowing who they are playing against IMO. However, this bares no resemblance to their core business which in Zenga's case especially is steaming trash.

Appreciate the help, was on it anyway but liked to confirm. Hopefully the Angels will shock the world and score a hand full of runs today!!

No way Bodog would allow it. The highest I've seen allowed on any reputable book is 33%. Some books like 5dimes have discontinued almost anything that even resembles a correlation bet (i.e. - QB TD's over and a team win) in addition the total/spread percentage. If someone has an online book that accepts these I will say, I am very jealous. I would like to get a copy of the spreadsheet if possible. I play 33% from time to time and it hit with reasonable success last yr.
