Where did you get 77.5? I track futures at a number of different books for 2 months leading up to the start of the season & never saw anything over 74. Had to settle for 72.5 myself.

Pretty sure games have to go 55 minutes for wagers to be graded.

Someone needs to explain to me how days of the week matter with respect to betting. I've seen a couple posters who use that in their capping, but I don't see any correlation between stats on a Monday as opposed to a Tuesday except for typical random variation.

No such thing as "public" money in tennis.

Actually, Niagara is over 300 miles from Albany, while Quinnipiac is about half that from Albany, so no home court advantage for the Purple Eagles at all.

You obviously know nothing about the Penguins fan base. They sell out every home game & are 5th in % of seats filled this year. They rank lower in total attendance because the rink doesn't seat as many as some others. It's been a rabid fan base for 30 years ever since Lemieux was drafted, even in some of the lean years. As for the comment by the guy who started the thread that the NHL won't let the Penguins lose tonight, that's a ridiculous statement. Why did they let the defending champion LA Kings, home to 13 million viewers miss the playoffs? You mean to tell me that if the Penguins beat the worst team in hockey it will be fixed? Outside of Pitteburgh, Crosby & Malkin aren't even well liked by most other fans, so why would it matter, especially since they're likely to be out in 5 or 6 games this year?

You have to take a lot more into consideration than points scored per game. Home court advantage, schedule strength, possessions per game to get to that PPG average & many other elements. If spreads were made based solely on points scored per game then Northwestern State would be a 10 pt favorite over Kentucky.

It was my fault. I mentioned 2.c in my first post.

Actually, 2.c refers to the ball hitting the backboard. Just refer to the first sentence after #2
Raider44
Raider44

For those of you that claimed the ball doesn't need to have a chance to go in for it to be goaltending, this is from the official NCCA Men's Basketball Rulebook. See 2.c

Art. 3. Goaltending.

a. Goaltending occurs when a defensive player touches the ball during a fieldgoal try and each of the following conditions is met: (Exceptions: Rule10-4.1.i)

1. The ball is on its downward flight; and

2. The ball is above the level of the ring and has the possibility, while in

flight, of entering the basket and is not touching the cylinder.

b. It is goaltending to touch the ball outside the cylinder during a free throw, regardless of whether the free throw is on its upward or downward flight.

c. When the ball contacts the backboard and any part of the ball is above the rim during a field goal attempt, it is considered to be on its downward flight. In such a case, it is goaltending when the ball is touched by a player as long as it has a possibility of entering the basket.

I phrased the question wrong a**hole. I just meant that they had to travel on suc short notice & rush to get off campus & into Newark. Didn't mean they'd actually be tired because of the time on the plane.

I would like to know how NH traveled to the game. They just found out last night they were invited & where & when they were playing. Jet lag could possibly have some effect.

No play was ever posted, or is this like that white/gold or blue/black dress situation where only certain people can see it?

Feels a lot like last week's UCD game against Long Beach St. A lot of good cappers were all over LB St because the line looked sketchy & Davis won straight up by 7 or 8. That being said, I don't believe any site that says 97% of the money is on any particular team. It's safe to say that's never the case in a lined game that Vegas puts out.

San Diego may have the worst defense in the NL & it always seems that the team that made the biggest splash in FA underachieves for whatever reason.

Great system, but it seems like something is up with all these "add me" requests. It's a little strange to be getting all these friend request from people that for the most part, have been on here for years, yet only have 60-70 posts or less. Hope it's not a bunch of guys who work for touts and/or the books trying to screw with things.

If the better team always won & covered the spread we'd all be rich.

Unfortunately, this allstarcapper guy was obviously planning to go tout or already had & was fishing for new customers. Can't deny he had a great record while he was here, but to say your leaving because of bashing is disingenuous at best. He knew bashers would come eventually, they always do. This just gives him an easy out. I enjoyed the winners while they were free, but no way I'd ever pay for picks. Especially when they go about getting customers by bait & switch.

Of course there's no way to prove that. Didn't expect you to come back & admit you live in a one room apartment with three cats in lovely downtown Des Moines, Iowa. Your probably just blowing smoke like most faceless internet posters do, but out of curiosity, how did you make so much money that you were able to afford to retire at 45, or younger. It definitely wasn't sports gambling.

I find it laughable that all these posers on here are whining & bitching because this guy has lost 2 of 3 or maybe even s straight depending what line you got. The best cappers in the world go on streaks much worse than 0-3 or 1-2. The guy is 40-14 so far. He's proved he knows what he's doing. That record isn't a fluke. Will he continue to hit close to 75%? No, but I guarantee he doesn't go down to 50% like some other idiot just posted. The only good news is that this guy doesn't respond to any post, good or bad. He just post plays, says good luck & goodbye.
