Premier League betting features a light slate over the next few days, with just one match per day from Saturday through Tuesday. Most of the leaders – including Liverpool, which clinched the Premier League title when Chelsea upset Manchester City on Thursday – aren’t playing over that stretch.

"Man United are the massive favorites, and that's reflected in the market," said Amy Jones, Paddy Power's UK public relations manager. "Punters are definitely fancying an emphatic win from the Reds." Jones said Under 2.5 goals is also getting play, on the expectation that Brighton will struggle to score. Brighton money is coming in on the double-chance option – a bet that cashes if Brighton pulls the upset or even musters a draw, currently priced at +138.
UPDATE NOON ET TUESDAY: Manchester United has stretched to a -170 favorite at BetMGM Nevada for today's 3:15 p.m. match. Host Brighton is a hefty +525 underdog, with draw +265. "We've got a 3/2 ticket count on Man U and 4/1 money on Man U," director of trading Jeff Stoneback said.
UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: At PointsBet USA, visiting Manchester United is out to -150 for this 3:15 p.m. ET Tuesday match. Brighton is a +450 home underdog, with draw at +270.
UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Home side Brighton is taking nary a nickel in this Tuesday match, with early betting all on Man U, which is getting 93 percent of tickets and 98 percent of the money. Man U is a -137 fave, Brighton is +415 and draw +265.
Brighton is in the bottom third of the Premier League, sitting 15th with 33 points, while Manchester United stands fifth with 49 points. So the betting is about what you’d expect for this 3:15 p.m. ET Tuesday contest, with Eichner noting Man U is taking about 90 percent of the very early tickets and money at PointsBet USA.

Aston Villa vs Wolverhampton
UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: Nine hours before match time, Wolverhampton is dominating tickets and money, at 77 percent and 84 percent, respectively. The Wolves are now -132 at DraftKings Sportsbook, with Aston Villa +380 and draw +265.
The Wolves are -130 favorites at PointsBet USA and drawing the bulk of the attention for a 7:30 a.m. Saturday match against +360 underdog Aston Villa. Draw is +270.
“Wolves are at about 90 percent of tickets and handle,” PointsBet USA’s Patrick Eichner said Friday.

Watford vs Southampton
UPDATE 12:30 A.M. ET SUNDAY: Watford is running a +140 favorite at The SuperBook at Westgate, with Southampton +205 and draw +230 for Sunday's lone game on the Premier League odds board, an 11:30 a.m. ET start. "Not a ton of action, but we have several straight bets and some parlays with the draw," SuperBook manager Derek Wilkinson said. "We don't care who wins, as long as someone does. We also need Over 2.5 goals, for a minimal amount."
UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: At DraftKings, this match is seeing three-way play. Watford, a modest +140 chalk, is landing 39 percent of tickets and 45 percent of money bet. Southampton (+205) is getting 33 percent of tickets and 22 percent of the money, and draw (+235) is taking 25 percent of bets and 33 percent of the money.
This matchup is getting interesting early play at PointsBet USA, with the majority of tickets favoring neither +145 host Watford nor +195 Southampton.
“Sixty-four percent of match results bets are on the draw at +225, while hold is split evenly between the three results,” Eichner said of the 11:30 a.m. ET Sunday match between two lower-tier teams. Watford stands 16th among 20 teams, with just 28 points, and Southampton is 14th with 37.

Crystal Palace vs Burnley
UPDATE 12:30 P.M. ET MONDAY: At +200, draw is taking the bulk of the action at PointsBet USA for this 3 p.m. ET match, with 65 percent of tickets and 40 percent of money wagered. Crystal Palace, a +120 favorite, is seeing 35 percent of dollars bet, while +270 underdog Burnley is getting 25 percent of the money.
UPDATE 10:30 P.M. ET FRIDAY: The home side is landing the majority of early action at DraftKings, with 67 percent of tickets and 82 percent of the money on Crystal Palace as a +128 favorite. Burnley is +240 and draw +220.
Eichner said this 3 p.m. ET Monday match is lining up similar to the Watford-Southampton meeting.
“Sixty-one percent of match bets are on the draw, while hold is evenly split,” Eichner said. Crystal Palace is +130 chalk, Burnley is +235 and draw +215.
