divisional game between 2 teams that know each other as good as any 2 combos of teams in the nfl.  Miami is much better on paper but they are not a good MNF or even primetime team and the jets are just horrible but seem to show up occasionally, this one is hard to cap.

Just looking for some insight... I have a 4 team reverse teaser pending which I hit 3 for 3 yesterday and I have the Jets +1/2 pt.

The bet was $5 to win $295.  What would be your best hedge approach to guarantee $?  Possibly thinking of 2 team teas.. Fins and either over 34.5 or under 47.5?

Any insight is appreciated.  Thanks and GL

The Rotation is still very questionable. Is Sabathia going to improve and become more of a pitcher? Will he regain some velocity being in better shape this year? Or is the decline and 1.37 whip he put up becoming his new normal. Kuroda was lights out early in the season and faded down the stretch. could be the beginning of the end for him. I am in the camp that expects Tanaka to be solid, but we really don't know how he is going to perform in the big leagues. Nova has good stuff but needs to be more consistent, can he take another step forward this year? Who out of Adam Warren, David Phelps, Michael Pineda and forgive me if I am missing somebody can claim the five spot and will any of them be effective?

McCann is a huge upgrade at catcher and I think he will love hitting in Yankee Stadium. The outfield should produce very well. The infield could be a disaster. Texeria and the wrist, perhaps he bounces back fine but we have all seen how wrist injuries sap power and take a longtime to regain previous form. 2nd, 3rd and SS all very questionable on what kind of production will be received.

Interesting year in the Bronx, if it all comes together they are fighting for the Division, if not under .500 is not unimaginable.

I agree with your assessment on the current state of the team.  On paper I'd say they are in the 85-90 win team with room to be better and room to be worse.  We don't know what to expect with Tanaka, if he can be anywhere close to Darvish then the Yanks will be closer to the 90 wins but still need the infield to produce and stay healthy. Tex needs to be in the 25 hr 85+ RBI category also.

The rotation will need to stay healthy in order for them to be contenders.

below .500   ... they did add a ton of power that they didnt have last year... McCann, Beltran, Ellsbury.  I agree that the signing of Tanaka was a must in order to contend but they are better than .500.

Dem Thomas is a star, J Thomas is a star, E Decker has more moments of being a star than not... If Welker is a role player then he's a star role player with the numbers he puts up.

Crabtree is not a star yet. Gore still has signs of being a star but is past his prime. Davis is a star.  Too bad these stars will be watching next Sunday.

Are you really trying to compare Crabtree Davis and gore to Dem Thomas Eric Decker J Thomas Wes Welker?  Got to love covers.
