Couple things

1. The fact that you're posting bets prior to triple bypass is the most impressive thing I've seen all day.
2. Glad you caught that before you actually had the heart attack. You'll get the procedure, take the meds and live a good life after.
3. Good luck and see you on the flipside of that surgery. You're gonna be just fine.

Pretty big disparity in QB play here DikMagnut. Hope you go on a bender posting mooses in people's threads after losing here and find your way out of the mains into the box.

Do you have nothing better to do than start a Giants trolling thread every night they lose? It's pretty obvious there's something about them you're obsessed with...I'm guessing you lost big on them somewhere during this horrendous second half but what is your problem? I admittedly have lost a lot on them too but I started fading them a while back and have recouped a little.

Just shut the darn up and post picks and useful analysis. You do seem to actually be a person that wagers, unlike 99% of the idiots here so just do your thing and stop acting like a child every time they get  beaten. You clutter the board with this crap.

Fellas,

Any stats on pitchers who've thrown 120+ chasing a no hitter on how they've fared the next time out? Matt Moore toes the mound today for the Giants after throwing 130+ against LAD. I know in the past guys like Lincecum and Jackson have done the same and didn't fare well for the rest of the season. I think Lincecum might have actually skipped his next start. Wondering if there's a trend there. Going to do some digging myself but if anyone else has already taken a look, lemme know.

Looks Kubiak will let the QB competition play out ~3 quarters and the Broncos defense is aware of the potential to shut out their first 2 preseason opponents. Wolfe injury wasn't significant and Miller will even get a couple snaps tonight.

Number is up to 6.5 at a lot of places. I wouldn't play it at this point fyi.

Line's up to -5.5 at most shops and will probably continue to steam considering it's the lone late night game on a Saturday. Added 1 more unit before it hits a key number (-6). Report from joint practice...

key nuggets...

Blaine Gabbert, who continues to get all of the first-team practice snaps with Kaepernick unavailable, completed four of seven pass attempts with one interception and three sacks during team drills.

Ponder completed three of eight passes with one interception and two sacks.

Driskel completed four of nine pass attempts with one interception and one sack.

Taking the Broncos -4.5 for 2u. I know it’s the preseason but this one is set up for Denver to roll. The Niners will make mistakes. Between being a pretty bad team and installing a new offense, they likely won’t be crisp on the road. The only QB that’s run Chip Kelly’s offense (Thad Lewis) is done for the season after tearing his ACL last Sunday. Christian Ponder was added. Christian Ponder. Kelly’s system was actually effective last week but after rolling up 300 yards in the first half they got slugged in the second half. Last year these two teams faced off in Santa Clara and The Donks covered the number (6) on a late score. They have a solid QB battle for preseason purposes and I think the better program rolls here.

Cubs RL -115

Why? Oakland's flat out going to get manhandled in this series. Last night Melvin used his best relievers in Coulombe and Triggs and also threw Rzepczynski out there which is another lefty to combat that Cubs lineup. When Grey is on he still locates and can look decent but the difference this year is he simply can't get guys out when he has them on the ropes. Arrieta has perfect weather, a good ump and a lineup with some pop here and there but a lot of holes. A's gave up a lot of assets prior to the trade deadline and frankly looked outclassed last night. Half the lineup was barking at Estabrook last night (rightfully so -- he was awful) and DeMuth won't do anyone any favors today. Gimme the Cubs and I'll try and catch a middle if they put up a crooked number early.

GL whatever you play.

Absolutely love it. The intangibles line up perfectly. Niners game last night was a ball buster huh? I had it at 6 and all came down to that dildo Osweiller driving down and getting us 8 late. Wish Kapernick had played all 4 quarters.

Had Carolina for the second half and lost by the hook. Garappolo throws a clear pick six thats' dropped and Derek Anderson plays one drive. Killed the whole bet.
My only two preseason losses were because of f*cking Joe Webb too....against Buffalo he throws a bullshit 50 yard TD to end the game and beat the Bills and here the friggin guy can't complete a pass

I honestly don't think you see much Bradford at all. He took a shot to the legs last week, the weather is supposed to be shitty in GB this week and Bradford is a fragile box. Maybe 1-2 drives. Sanchez and Barkley will win this bet for you....Tebow could lose it for you if Chip gives him a bunch of run. These preseason games will be his last time suiting up in the NFL and Kelly obviously has a soft spot for him....might get more reps than you think.

I've bet the Eagles against both the Colts and Ravens this preseason for a couple reasons. Namely, the depth at quarterback and Kelly's approach (he's looking to execute his offense and run a ton of plays no matter who's in the game). This line seems fishy to me with the Eggles coming off 2 blowouts and Sanchez/Barkley looking solid against 2nd/3rd string defenses. You just better pray Chip doesn't give Tebow extended run -- the guy has looked like absolute dogshit and I could not imagine having 2G's riding on a game with that loser holding the ball and running himself into sacks. Also, McCarthy coaches to win in the preseason...just a side note.

IMO, Hundley has looked overwhelmed for GB and Tebow will for sure play most of the 4th and probably some of the 3rd quarter -- 2nd half under should a nice spot.

You should thank Brett Hundley. He single handedly allowed those of us backing Pitt to cash that ticket. Down two scores early in the 4th with Tomlin looking to end the game, I thought it was dead money but Hundley allowed Pitt to get the ball back repeatedly at mid field with Landry and the 3rd stringers looking like garbage.
