I just realized my team now has 2 Johnsons (Andre and Calvin) 2 Rices (Ray and Sidney) 2 Bushes (Reggie and Michael) and 2 Jacksons (Vincent and Brandon) Weird... Of all those guys I only drafted 3 of them.

For some reason a lot of ppl in my 12 man ppr league are sitting on two TEs. Olson, Scheffler, Miller, Carlson...all gone. I'm sure after bye weeks some of them my get dropped but I want a decent TE and have some decent guys sitting on my bench with no thought of taking them off baring injury to a started. I traded Santana Moss for Brent Celek. Kolb and Celek are very tight and Vick made Crumpler look good for a lot of years. I think its a big boost to drop a #3 WR for last years #4 overall TE. Again, thanks everyone for the input.

Heap is listed as questionable for next week. He did decent for me last week. Fasano is the best guy on waivers. I may try to package one of my below average QBs (Cutler or McNabb) with Welker or Mathews for a better QB and lesser TE. Maybe Romo or Schaub with Z. Miller or Olsen. Thanks for the input.

GB. They are 14.5 point favorites

Romo and McFadden. Normally I agree. Play your best players. Thats what you drafted them for. Benson vs Ravens D is a bad matchup. STL will give up yards to whoever is at RB. Vick is to much of a possibility to go out there suck once a team actually game plans for him. GL.

I think you are giving up to much. Is there another RB he can throw your way thats comparable to Thomas?

I am in desperate need of a TE. (Heap) I want to trade for a mid/upper level TE. I'm thinking Witten, Celek, or Cooley. I'd be happy with any of them. I'm deep at RB and WR. R. Rice, R. Mathews, A. Foster, Br. Jackson, and M. Bush, C. Johnson, W. Welker, S. Moss, J. Knox, J. Jones, L. Naanee, and Massaquoi. Rice, Foster, and Johnson are not on the block. Is Mathews or Welker giving up to much for one of those Te's? Could I get a Gates or Clark for them? I think that Santana Moss or B. Jackson is not enough and that Mathews or Welker are to much. Any thoughts... . |

I'm going with Atl. They lost 2 tough road games in a row. I don't see them getting beat by Wahington coming back home. Seattles only wins came against Stl and Jax. While they did a good job beating the worst teams in the league and Det is one of the worst I don't wanna get behind a 2-5 team this deep into the pool with so many good teams left. You would probably be safe with either play. Good luck.

I like Shiancoe. I have him starting over Olsen this week. SD def or anyone vs Oak seems good. The bad teams are so bad you can go week to week playing the match ups. I'm one of the few idiots still on the Edwards train. They air it out at the end of the year and they got some bad teams ahead. I have no opinion on kickers. I prefer to ride out who I have unless they put up alot of bad games in a row.. |

Tough call. I'd rather have the 2 great RBs than drop one for a low #1 at best. Do you think Mendy, Choice or Reggie can make up for Johnson by the same margian that Colston can eclipse Nicks, Williams or Moore? I would want a better WR for Johnson.

It's a fair deal. If you have a nice #2 RB then you would want Peterson. If you are very weak at RB then it would be better with Jackson and Grant. Ironically, I have all three of them on my team!!!

I like Evans. Someone just dropped him in my league and I'm trying to get him when he clears. Check his numbers the past few years. He always turns it on late in the season. They will stop all that check down bs and start throwing deep again. I got burned with Moore twice already so maybe I'm just bitter. I would try for Moore now that he's healthy but you may wanna drop someone other than Evans.

I made the trade. Just had to wait for it to clear. I'm trying for Olsen 1st or Shianchoe 2nd on waivers.

I would keep what you have. Edwards should be back next week but keep an eye on it cuz they may pull him for the next 2 games and then he has the bye week. I saw 2 different reports. Buf passing game seems to improve in the 2nd half of the season. Johnson will start finding the endzone again and so should Smith. They are to good not to. I would try to buy low on TO or Evans. Evans has been a late season gem the past few years. That wouldn't solve your QB problem for week 9. Maybe somebody is available on waivers?

I'd stick with what you have.

I was counter offered Steven Jackson, Mewelde Moore, and Marcedes Lewis for Maclin, Celek, and Roy Williams. I want a 3rd RB as a flex option. I have Peterson and Grant. My WRs are Wayne, Jennings and S. Smith (car). I wouldn't lose any starters except Celek and I can get Shanchoe on waivers or keep Lewis.
I'm thinking yes. Any opinions?

The trade deadline is approaching in some leagues now. There are alot of buy low guys out there like Brady, S. Jackson, Jacobs, Owens, Westbrook. There are also some sell high guys like S. Smith, Burleson, Addia, Orton. I was hoping to get some imput on who you think are some players that fit into these categories.

He has been a huge bust for me. I thought he was gonna be top 5 this year. I'm looking to trade him but wanted to ask the minds at covers who they thought would be fair comparable player at WR. I was gonna try for Boldin but I think that may be over shooting.
So my 3 questions:
1. Trade or keep him.
2. Which WR woud be a fair trade for Jennings?
3. Does anyone follow GB well enough to know what the hell is going on there? Why does he seem to disappear for such long stretches of the game. Are they taking him out? Does the game plan no longer include going deep or is the o-line not giving him enough time to?
