I've seen the commercial once and find it much less offensive than the multitude of cialis, viagra etc...commercials that constantly run during sporting events that I'm watching with my 13 year old son. The powers that be cant stop showing those fast enough for me. I don't need any prescription drug commercials for that matter.

No way this is an easy win. As a huge Fed fan I watch every match I can. Berdych is one of the few guys that can just hit Fed off the court. Ive seen it at Wimbledon, at either Cincy or Toronto. Berdych had a 2 sets to love lead in Australia back when Fed was in his prime. This will be a tight match. If youre looking to win $160 put $$ on Berdych to take the 1st set.

Honestly you need to find things to do together. That's what I try to do. Get him outside. Don't leave it up to him or his school to do anything about it. Let him know how you feel. Theres nothing wrong with playing video games but it can't be the only thing. Stress the importance of enjoying a wide array of activities. In the end its up to you. You are the parent. Its easy to let them keep playing. If you want him to play less you'll have to put in some effort. Best of luck.

Brees will play at least the 1st half. As of now, Brady is only 200 or so yards behind him. New Orleans obviously played up Brees breaking that record on Monday night. No way they let Tom catch him. They will pass all over Carolina in the 1st half. Once SF is comfortably ahead, Brees and co. will come out of the game. It's quite possible the Saints will be up 35-0 at the half. Who knows. I know I like Carolina plus the points knowing the starters are probably only playing a half for New Orleans but that one half might be enough. GL.

This is the best deal New Orleans will get. All of those players for a guy who won't be re-signing. The owners aren't looking at what's best for the Hornets. They just don't want to see CP3 with the Lakers. As a Laker fan I thought they gave up way too much anyway so I'm fine with it. Try selling the Hornets next year with the same roster they have and no Chris Paul. Obviously someone else will trade for him but they won't get the quality of an Odom, Scola, Martin and Dragic. Combined that's a damn good haul.

This same Wisconsin team was lucky to avoid overtime by blocking an extra point against an Arizona St team that currently sits at 1-2 in the Pac-10. To say they would beat Boise by 20 is ignorant. I'm no Boise fan and I don't disagree that they would have a much harder time in a BCS conference but let's not go crazy. |

Did you watch this match? Federer didn't play poorly. He never lost his serve and only faced 4 break points. So he lost a tiebreak in the 2nd. The fact is Bozoljac was serving amazingly well. They were fast and well placed with some seemingly impossible angles. You could tell Federer was frustrated. I mean there were countless times that Bozoljac went up the tee and it sliced way away from Federer. In the 4th Federer had him at 15-40 in consecutive games and on all 4 break points Bozoljac served monster aces that no player would have returned. He also served aces on both deuce points in those 2 games. Bozoljac played inspired tennis. This guy should not be ranked so low at 152. He has the game. That said, Fed did what he had to do. He dominated his own service games and took advantage of a couple of opportunities. He moves on.

Of the 6, 4 won the title (66.7%) Boston is up 3-2 for 1 reason and 1 reason only, "they are the better team ", the evidence tells us that the better team is the team that should be up 3-2, not the team that's got 3 home games to 2 for it's opponent. I know game 6 is already over but yes Boston should have been up 3-2. My point was these teams are equal. There is no "better" team thus when 2 teams are equal the team who has played more home games should be up 3-2. Just my opinion.

One other thing that I think we'll see tomorrow is that this game will be played more to the Lakers liking since they're at home. The past 2 games especially last night were very physical let em play type games and the Lakers just aren't a team that can take advantage of that. Boston most definitely is. Kobe was asked during the OKC series why he was settling for jumpers in OKC and his answer was that you just don't get the whistle on the road which is very true. Kobe will be more aggressive going to the hole. Pau will get more calls at home(that block by Tony Allen is a foul at Staples regardless of whether or not it truly was) and the bench will play much better. That coupled with the fact that Boston's bench most likely won't be as efficient(historically benches are way better at home) and this adds up to an LA win. It took a record performance for Boston to win game 2. They'll need another one to finish this series off. I'm not saying it's impossible for Boston to win game 6 but I think the odds will be stacked against them.

Let me 1st state that I am not betting on these games. That said, am I missing something? These are the 2 best teams in the NBA. The Celtics have played 3 home games and the Lakers 2. Shouldn't Boston be up 3-2? Each team has won once on the others court but to think the Celtics would lose 2 at home against anyone is ridiculous. This series is right where it should be. It's simply up to the Lakers to hold home court. Had this been a 2-2-1-1-1 format, we'd all be talking about a must-win game 6 for Boston at home. Yes the Celtics have looked like the stronger team in the past 2 games yet both games were still in doubt late in the 4th. L.A. did what they absolutely had to do in Boston and won 1 game. This is going 7.

Thank you RaKeZ for telling it like it is. They give the Lakers way more free throws to make it look like it's lopsided in the Lakers favor yet saddle key Lakers with foul trouble(odom-3 in 3 min) Kobe(3 in the 1st half, 4th midway thru the 3rd and 5th at the start of the 4th) and then down the stretch the Celtics have everything go their way. How was that review not overturned? The ball clearly went off of Garnett's hand. |

Lakers are in real real trouble, facing 3 straight in Boston.
It's all for the media to avoid going cross country more than they would like. I hate the format. Even if the home team wins the first 2 games, they can not lose home court advantage yet find themselves trailing 3-2 in the series. It's garbage and so are the refs in this series. It's awful both ways. |

Why is everybody in this forum on Boston to win the series? What are their mismatches?

I do not see kobe preventing ray allen from taking shots, i dont expect allen to stop kobe so i think both those players will get their points. Pierce will not be able to score as easily as last seriest thats for sure. I think KG on Gasol will create more problems for gasol than it will Kg. Either way i dont think this lakers team is that great defensively like everyone is saying. Just look at their last 10 games they have only held their opponents to under 100 points twice and one was 96 and one was 99. So really they suck defensively. I know its gonna be a different kind of series but still the defensive edge is in the celtics favor big time.
Well going by your logic Boston must suck at defense as well. During their 4 regular season games against Phoenix and Utah(the teams LA has played over their last 10), Boston gave up 116,110, 110 and 86 going 1-3. The 86 was a good effort and after 4 days off. None of these games were the 2nd night of a back to back. Yes I know it's the regular season but it's what we have to go off of at this point. My point is these were very good offensive teams that the Lakers just played-the #1 and #4 scoring offenses in the NBA. They're going to score on anyone including Boston so to say the Lakers really suck defensively is very short sighted. |

Not that it matters now however Phoenix would've had home court vs. Boston. 54 win for the Suns. 50 for Boston. |

Gasol vs Garnett isn't even an argument at this stage in their careers. Garnett is falling off drastically while Gasol is playing the best ball of his life. Stop living in the past. Gasol gets that checkmark this time around. Not that I care much for player rankings but there's a reason yahoo sports just had Gasol< not Kobe, listed as the top performer in the playoffs thus far. KG was nowhere to be found.

Swept??? Lakers lost in 6 which included blowing a huge lead of 20 plus pts in game 4 at home. Celtics were the better team that year. I think that changes this year. Lakers win with the home court and revenge factor for what happend in 08. |

I'm not saying it's a BS story but who pays $800 plus for a meal yet plays penny slots a large portion of the time? I'm kinda surprised noone else has brought it up yet.
