Fisher levels Scola with a shoulder like a linebacker... Fisher is ejected. Thats understandable. Kobe Bryant elbows Artest in the neck... foul called on Artest?!! Artest talks sh#t into Kobe's face about the astonishing call with no physical contact... Artest gets ejected?!! The NBA... where amazing officiating happens. |

Hawaii is the worst team I've ever seen in a bowl game. They do not belong on ESPN. The weakness and stupidity they posess should never be televised. Warriors my ass. Little Sisters would be a more appropriate team name.

Chargers ML -450 is the only play for me.
From what I've seen lately, I wouldn't lay 10pts with the Chargers if they were playing San Diego State. However, there's no way they'll lose their 4th game in a row to a team slightly more pathetic than they are. Not in San Diego at least. I'll put up a lot to win a little in this situation.

A let-down game cannot happen here for Iowa. They are now bowl-eligible and MUST demonstrate dominance over lowly Purdue to maintain this eligibility. Its a show-and-prove game for the Hawkeyes and their home finale. Its also the last home game forever for 16 seniors, including D-leader Mitch King and top reciever Andy Brodell. I'm sure coach Ferentz has brought his boys back down to earth since last Saturday and gotten them focused on their current objectives. Objective number one is to spank Purdue. It will be interesting to see how Purdue's 90th-ranked run defense handles Iowa's Shonn Greene, the third leading RB in the country.
Iowa -17

Taking the over is a straight bet. You are laying off a side bet. |

I heard Wake Forest 3rd year starting QB Riley Skinner somehow lost a fumble and threw all four of his interceptions this year in their loss to the Navy!? With a bye week to think about being responsible for 5 of the teams 6 turnovers in this astonishingly sloppy home defeat, Skinner should come out on fire hosting a Clemson team that has been rather unimpressive this year. I expecet a huge redeeming performance from this normally intelligent and efficient QB. Defensive star saftey Kevin Patterson should get at least one pick and top reciever D.J. Boldin (Anquan's little brother) has yet to score a TD... he's due for a few. Wake Forest -2.5

What I hope will happen:
South Florida in a rout covering the over by themselves.
SF -13.5

I'll take Tulane giving whatever, and the over... SMU is truly horrible. June Jones cannot help these poor saps. Tulane should roll em' and cover the total by themselves.

I was waiting for someone to bring this up. WV wasn't even on the board last week. Doesn't that mean the books expect a slaughter? Well it was hardly that. They won by 27.

I make my bets in sportsbooks in Nevada casinos. I save all my losing tickets. I have around 50 thousand dollars worth of losing tickets for 2007. What up?

Yeah baby!
Celtics and under. They're gonna win this series. As superior of a coach as Phil Jackson is compared to Doc Rivers, the Lakers should be seriously worried about their future in this finals series. If you can't put Boston, or any other threatening team, away on your home court by a convincing margin, you're in trouble. Hell, they easily could have lost this game. Up by two with under a minute to go? This game was up for grabs fellas. Lakers should thank god they had some home court refs on their sides tonight. 10, 17, and 22 were the "homer rankings" of our officials tonight.

Starters: Rondo vs. Fisher.... adv: Fisher Kobe vs. Allen? ... adv. Kobe (obviously) Radmanovic vs. Pierce?... adv. Pierce (if he shows up) Odom vs. Garnett... adv: Odom (size and strength) Gasol vs. Perkins... adv: Gasol (gimme a break) Coaches: Jackson vs. Rivers.... adv. Jackson BIG TIME Fisher, Kobe, Odom, and Gasol will eat the Celtics alive. HUGE matchup problems for Boston. This could get ugly. Keep in mind, I do not like the Lakers. This is just the way I see it. |

Lakers would have won by only 5 but.... 5 seconds left, Lakers broke the fullcourt press with a long pass ahead to Sasha Vujabitch. He caught the ball with about 3 seconds left and like the classless, amateur he is, he jacked up a meaningless 3 pointer just to show off.. and of course it went in. Lakers win by 8 and millions of Spurs dollars went down the toilet.

Sasha Vuja-bitch didn't have any money on the game like some have said on other posts. It was just a childish shot by a childish player. The guy is a punk, not a professional. A pompous, show-off, European asshole. Any professional (the other 4 on the floor) would have dribbled the 3 seconds out and took the win gracefully... Not rub it in a bunch of veterans' faces. What a classless, cocky little show-off. Thanks alot Sasha. The worst part is that we Spurs backers were covering the ENTIRE game until the last minute or so. What a kick in the face.
Spurs deserved the loss though. What a pathetic collapse that was. |
