Texas's offense has been bad the past 2 games. Their defense has kept them in games but in prime-time and at home for A&M, I think A&M wins by 2-3 touchdowns easily. This is A&M's last match in the Big 12 division. One of these teams will play absurdly good tonight and my money is on A&M.

I'm so glad the public is picking Arkansas. The line was originally at 14 now its dropping. LSU will win this one and it won't even be as close as what the bookies think it will be. Arkansas has played 3 road games resulting in a 2-1 record. The two wins were to less talented teams and they won by an average margin of 3.5 points. Their only loss on the road came to Alabama and that was a blowout.
I'm picking LSU and smiling. |

Good work last week Boom. I knew you was headed for a bounce back week. I was staying away from the Oregon/USC game but you took USC and USC never looked back after dominating Oregon at home so I'm going to give you props for that one. They say the average handicapper wins 55% of the time and so far your doing good with with 57%. Its crazy but the law of averages always works. Sooner or later you will even out or be around the average.

GL this week Boom. I'm rolling with you on the Tulsa, UCONN, and Rutgers picks for the early games. BTW, Woods is not playing for USC. I might lean toward Oregon on that one if it drops below 14.

Kentucky is averaging just 6 points on the road so far this season. Georgia covers easily. Should be a shutout.

Michigan 5-1 ATS in the past 6 home games. Plus Nebraska gets killed by teams with good running offenses. Michigan wins this one by a touchdown.

UCONN at home has been competitive. I see UCONN winning this one by a touchdown.

Staying away from this one. I can easily see A&M shutting Kansas out 46-0 but then again I can see Kansas putting up a backdoor cover on A&M.

Ok St. should've covered last week but Weeden threw two picks, one of which returned for a touchdown. I dont' see that happening again especially with Texas Tech's defense. Ok St. will win this one by 4 touchdowns easily.
Oklahoma State 63-27. |

South Carolina barely won a game at Tennessee and was exposed last week at Arkansas. Florida's speed will win this game and make them cover easily in this one.

With you on Clemson and Texas Tech but Iowa has been playing good lately. Don't know if Michigan State can be in that game with them.
Stanford is pretty obvious, even though sharps would bet against them. Oregon's defense has been getting tired in games recently cause their offense scores so fast and Luck would exploit that. |

Over looks achievable now after careless penalties by both teams.

Its funny. I bet Northwestern and UCLA and won both. You should've post your 14 teams before the beginning of the games. I would've looked to bet sides on those.

Arkansas could've at least had 3 points on the last drive before the half.
Looking rough for Boom so far though. NC and East Carolina was horrible to look at and Pitt is just dominating Cincy. Its just one of those days. |

LSU all the way here. I see them winning by at least 3 touchdowns in this one. It's more about Tennessee's offense. I actually think they only score a field goal in this one. Remember also that LSU is trying to compete point for point with Alabama. LSU is gunning for a shutout.

The only thing going for Chicago is their defense but even that looks like it's going downhill. If Carolina had played better run defense, Carolina would've easily won that game at Chicago last week and yet the Panthers still put up points on that defense. I see the Lions easily putting up points and on the other end limiting the amount of yards for Matt Forte. This is easily a 10+ point victory for the Lions unless Jim Schwartz is stupid enough to kick it to Hester. Lions cover easily!

I've learned that LSU and Alabama are competing against one another even though they
aren't facing each other just yet. Florida was in the wrong place at the
wrong time and had to be the one in the middle of that feud. Both teams
are going to outscore as much as the other one does to their opponents
till the week they play each other.
Also, I'm done with Georgia Tech. |

Boom_Boom I just would like to say nice job so far this year. Your not only correct on the majority of the picks but I like how you give your assessment on some of the games and teams. Those assessments help me since now I can gauge and understand how the league and the teams are going on so far since I can't watch every game and every team. Although your totals have been average, your pretty much spot on with the spreads. Keep em coming.
