All of you who are on Ohio State, San Diego State and Detroit, please give me your feedback here...

Well I can, I can just make a better argument that they wont. SDSU has had the rebounding edge in many games that they havent covered or won. Just food for thought. I agree. SDSU in my opinion is the epitomy of a paper tiger. They really haven't beaten anyone significant and outside of UNLV they have dominated a shit conference while losing twice to the one elite team in that conference. What reason to SDSU have to be up for this game? NONE. They are a superior team to Wyoming but their shot at a 1 seed was ended against BYU this past weekend and they really have nothing to play for as their conference tourney seed is locked up as well. |

But if they come out hitting three's and causing turnover's with their quickness they'll have a ten point lead at the half. GL I agree 100%..OSU's 2 losses were both to elite teams on the road. They are the best team in the Big 10 and arguably the best team in the country. PSU doesn't have the athleticism or size to compete with them. My only concern about betting Ohio State is that Penn State need this game to have a shot at the tourney, and barring a collapse Ohio State have a 1 seed already locked up. |

LOVE OKC -7.5 2nite...Memphis is playing in a back to back with their 4th game in 5 nights. Memphis are also 11-18 on the road this year and OKC is awesome at home.

I'm sorry if I don't think Roethlisberger is as good as the 2 QBs who have 4 combined superbowls and have put up the 2 best statistical seasons in NFL history. Manning and Brady are top 5 all-time and guaranteed hall of famers, Roethlisberger is very good but is nowhere near their level.

What do u think the odds are of pitt getting up by 2 TDs? Not very good...they are going to have a ton of trouble scoring points, Ryan managed to shut down both Manning and Brady on the road and Roethlisberger is not on either of their levels yet |

Sanchez already has played big in back to back games. In addition the Jets have a defense that is probably as good as the Steelers' and has shut down Peyton Manning and Tom Brady in consecutive weeks. If you are making this bet because you don't think the Jets will come out then that is a foolish mistake. On the other hand if you think the Steeler are just better I could buy it. That being said, the only time the Jets have laid down all year was the second New England game, and Ryan has a history of shutting down QB's the second time he sees them. I would be shocked if this was a high-scoring game and I can't see Pittsburgh winning big if at all...Also Roethlisberger has been horrible this year when defenses rush more than 5 defenders, the Jets rush more than 5 3rd most in the league this year.

I don't think teasing Chicago is a good idea at all. Their QB is still Jay Cutler who is prone to massive mistakes. In addition Green Bay has some big-time players on defense. While I think this game will be close, I could definitely see Green Bay winning in a blow-out. I'm not really partial to teasers at all, but if I was going to tease a team in that game it would probably be Green Bay to +3.5. I can't see Green Bay losing by more than 3.

Jets +3 Both teams had significant injuries the last time these two teams met. However, alot of things have changed for both teams. Eric Smith has really grown into his own in the Jets secondary, making big plays 2 weeks in a row. Polamalu is back for the Steelers but is clearly not at a 100%. These teams are very evenly matched, and in this case I am going with the hot hand. I do not believe that home-field is altogether meaningful in this matchup as the Jets are 8-2 on the road (including the playoffs) for the season while the steelers are 6-3 (including playoffs) at home. In addition, I think this game will come down to Quarterback play, and if the numbers are any indication, I think the Jets will have the advantage. While Roethlisberger is a better QB than Sanchez, the style of defense that the two teams play favors Sanchez. Sanchez thrives when opposing defenses rush 5 or less players, as it happens Pittsburgh rush 5 or less only 5% of the time (third lowest in the league). On the other hand, Roethlisberger also struggles when defenses rush 5 or more, something the jets do 14% of the time...4th most in the NFL. With Pittsburgh's offensive line being what it is, I'm going with the hot team here. Packers -3 Bottom line Packers have a better QB, better recievers, and arguably a better defense. In addition the Packers are the hottest team in the NFL coming into this game. The Bears are in this game because they played an awful Seahawks team that wouldn't have been able to get pressure on Cutler with 20 defenders. The Packers are an altogether different beast, they have an elite pass rush and two elite corners. Jay Cutler can only go so long without making a huge mistake. While I think this will be a good game, I would be shocked if the Bears can move on. The Bears best chance is the hope of bad weather, otherwise I think they will just become the Pack's most recent victim. |

I actually think BC can more than hang with Nevada. I think Nevadas laying 7 is still a ton of points for a non-AQ conference team to be laying when they have only won one big-game. Not only that but keep in mind if not for Boise's kicker Nevada would have lost that game as well. Does anyone doubt that if Nevada doesn't beat Boise this game is PK? BC's defense has been great in the last month and they are also much bigger on the lines. This spread also screams trap-game. Nevada is a much sexier team to bet than BC, yet aside from Boise they have beaten no one. I would be absolutely shocked if Nevada put up 30+ in this game. I think BC wins a close one and the under is gold. |

I understand the OKST pick but at the same time i think that it is a trap. Consider this: the spread opened at OKST -6.5, 76% of people are betting on OKST and the spread has gotten smaller not larger. I feel like vegas is begging you to take OKST. I still think the Cowboys are the right bet but I don't think I am going to touch that game.

I love USC this week. Oregon have no doubt played phenomenal to this point, but this will probably be their toughest task of the season. USC have arguably as good a defense as the Ducks and are playing at home...Keep in mind USC doesn't play in a bowl game this year, so this is their big game for the year. Neither of these teams play great D, so I think you have to give the edge to USC at home. If Oregon win this game ALL of the critics will be silenced, but I think this is the Trojan's week and they will take this game outright(can you say Matt Barkley's national coming out party??) USC +7 |

Ravens +2.5 Love the ravens in this spot. So far Pitt hasn't played a team who could make them pay for having a bad QB. Batch, while he played good, didn't look too prety doing it. The Raven D will be able to stop the Pitt running game and force Batch to throw. This is a recipe for disaster for Pitt, they have a great D but Baltimore will be able to put up enough points to win this game straight up. |

Nice Job Cal i agree completely. ALso A&M returned 19 players to OSU's 9. And keep in mind this opened at 3.5-4 on most books and the line has been getting smaller not bigger, even though all the action is going to OSU
