using any regular season CAVS game as justification to push a lean on taking Celtcis is kind of silly to me when it is now Playoff Lebron. Theres a trend button on this matchup, go push it. Its quite overwhelming. Cleveland is too much of a threat with the 3-point line. Ofcourse theres no guarantees but Boston can't keep up.

CMJ,
All your thoughts are logical except one small thing. Comparing Hou to GSW as a way to push you to pulling the trigger wasn't like practice for the Spurs because GSW prides themselves on the defensive side of the game unlike Houston who thinks Defense is scoring more points than the opponent. I too am having troubles on what side to pick, but leaning GSW first half and 3rd Q cause they seem to always let a back door cover with double digit spreads come in when they put in their deep bench.

Game 6 was confusing as hell. Both teams didn't express any urgency to push the ball unless there was a clear advantage. Both coaches seemed to change up and slow the pace down. With both teams not lighting up the 3-point line, and heavy action on the Over, I'm thinking of waiting 3-5min into the game to see pace and jumping in a Live bet. Anyone like that idea?

LB, last night i was salavating for the over at 209.5 but it now has jumped up to 211.5, i hate following all the action. I wanted to add to your comment on your physical play and sloppy shooting. In game 6, if you watched, both teams had no urgency to push the ball like previous games of this series. It was like both coaches preferred a slower tempo. It was strange which is why it was well under. If they keep that same attitude, i feel it stays under as well.

hey Jags, I don't post much but thought i'd tell you how Duke played in their last game. Grayson and Luke Kennard where benched and didn't start the 2nd half because they became extremely comfortable as starters and not truly giving their best effort on the defensive end. Miami is very athletic and they were doing what they wanted in the first half on the offensive end. Coach Capel was pissed, and yanked them (however grayson dislocated his finger but still played). Capel started in my opinion the longest and most athletic defensive 5 that Duke can put on the floor and they literally locked Miami up so bad it was embarrassing to watch for hurricane backers. What that did is inspire the whole team and let them know that just because coach K is gone, if you don't give max effort, your behind is sitting. Since you asked about Grayson, I thought i'd tell you about how i think the benching is going to have them playing all out the whole game against a very lackluster wolfpack, I like your pick and wish you luck.

preseason stats mean nothing. Vegas puts lines on anything and everything where they can find a group to take one side vs. the other side. Pre-season stats have absolutely no effect on how a team plays in regular season. If you put value on them to help you decide a wager, then that's on you. Only thing preseason can do for you is if you actually watch the games and get a feel on how new players are playing well with each other. Coaches spend preseason trying new lineups as well as getting minutes for everyone. And 3-6 of the players are cut from final roster anyhow. Just my thought

BOL. I like the great white Hope from NY porzingis. I'm gonna try my luck but I'm a Blazer fan I can't believe how great that line is for US. Max Bet for me.

Tiger, Utah isn't my favorite pick of yours. Portland native here and Portland home openers are so hyped its ridiculous. With a very banged up Utah team, Blazers have built quite the squad that should be feared in the west. Lillard is going to be possessed this year. He improves year after year and proudly takes Portland and puts us on his back. His biggest struggles come against CP3. Anyhow, I follow you and respect your picks, so i thought i'd chime in. I love Portland to cover and Spurs are just not the same in my opinion since Timmy left. I'm hearing grumblings in the locker room. Taking G.S., remember G.S. defense always gets overshadowed by their dominance offensively. Love knicks too, Melo, Rose, Jennings, Noah, Porzingis, Courtney Lee... not bad

Why is everyone forgetting about Porzingis as well as Hornacek as coach. Cavs never cover garbage. Bitter about finals still lol... anyhow I like Melo Rose and Porzingis, afterall, rose did call them a super team .

Portland resident here. Great play, Ezeli means nothing to us. We have what we need and Utah is down two starters. Home openers are major hyped around here. Its all we have, so we do it big with the ZERS. Slamming this one with you

Seattle was 3rd and 20+ damn near every posession. Every good play Seattle had was called back (until overtime). I never question the players, or coaches, their lives and jobs are on the line. When someone says the NFL is rigged, my only thought is with the bogus holding calls that I witnessed during 80% of Seattles 3rd down plays. Those are game changing calls, calls that completely control the game. It was hard to watch but if you sat through that game you could see how one sided it was. Some in which had no effect of the play. 10 for 90yards, but the true yardage is the ability to not get a first down. Arizona's was 6 for 45 yards but nowhere near as damaging to the team. I got lucky with my Seattle +1 bet but the officiating has way way too much control of how a team performs. Plus, its just not a good product with laundry every damn time. Just my thought, I'll still throw money at it when I can.

it did move quickly but i still haven't heard anything compared to early this morning. Cal's QB was hurt and their best WR is banged up and starting RB is out. Oregon has its stud RB Rolls Royce ready to go but still shocked at how bad line moved. I'll do some more looking and get back
