I don't know when/how this conversation diverted to who the best QBs are, but isn't there one not mentioned here that has the best road win of the season so far? Baker Mayfield? Dude just carried his team to what most common sense people would say the best win of the year so far.

And just an FYI, I grabbed KSU +14, would have loved to grab it at 17 but my local is slow.
I am beginning to have buyers remorse here. K-State beat Missouri St at home 51-9; 35 of those points were scored in the 4th. Then there's North Texas that hung around way too long, and I realize Snyder's KSU squads have a tendency to play down to their competition, but I can't help but think these guys (as usual) are coming into this game massively over rated. OU completely dominated these guys last year in Manhattan. I am considering canceling it out, but will wait to see what happens with the line. Two things give KSU a chance on offense: 1) OU's best DT is suspended and they were already thin there & 2) OU has been recruiting 225, 230 lb LBs the last several years due to the spread they face week in, week out in the B12. I'm thinking we'll need to walk through the back door here to pull it off......BOL. |

Nice work so far JFen.......with all plays at 1 unit, is there one of two that stick out to you as 'best plays'? Just curious. BOL!

I'm very comfortable handling guns because I have for years, but there were a few folks in my class that seemed to need more than 7 hours of law, and 30 minutes of shooting.

GD & JV - I hear ya on the 12. I have a Mossberg 590 tactical 12 guage beneath the bed, bayonet mounted. With the side saddle mounted and the bandoleer sling I have 30 rounds as soon as I grab it. Hope to never need 30, or 1 for that matter.
Hutch - I've had the 26 for about 4 months now. I have put probably 400-500 rounds through it. Not one malfunction. I wasn't a fan of my pinky dangling in thin air off the grip, so grabbed the mag extensions that are flush with the grip; problem solved. |

used by Nixon to create the EPA in the 70s. Was it not?
Begs the question, what does Obama REALLY want to do with this power? What new agency is he dying to create? Disclaimer: I checked approximately zero posts to see if this is already being discussed because I'm lazy.

I have as much confidence in Flacco as I do Obama & the same amount of confidence in the NE defense. I'll be back and forth all week on this one.

What up gents........sent off for my conceal carry permit today. The only pistol I have is the Glock 26 aka "baby glock" 9mm. (and I LOVE this gun btw)
But interested in a little more stopping power, say a 40 or 45. Leaning towards the Glock 21SF, something I could carry or just leave bedside, versatility is nice. That said, I think highly of glock but i'm not married to them so if there are any .45 or 40 recommendations you have, let's hear em...... Cheers

Is there a hall of fame or maybe hall of shame this thread could be in?
