Love reading / following you folks; have learned alot.
My question: How and to what extent do Turnovers and Penalties figuring into your individual capping? Thanks for your help and good luck to all.

1) What number of wins-losses in a row piques your interest?
2) What stats/info do you look for in order to decide if you are going to place a wager (besides schedule)? |

Like the NYN-COL Under even with the bigs winds out to left. Like NYA U5.5 and LAA O3.5. Good luck.

Like the Fish by 1, tho their BA Last 10 is pretty low. Pavano on the road scares me--I'm playing BOS 5 inn - 1/2. Good Luck

Simply, when a pitcher sees a team 3-4 times a year, who gains the advantage during the next meeting. Let's say the stats show some success and some failures on both ends, both home and away, lefty-righty, etc. Essentially, do the batters benefit more from seeing a lot of a pitcher or vice versa? What do you point to to make your case either way?

Been lurking around Covers for a while and I like your analysis. I also like your "parlay attitude." So, some input on today's action:
With you on overs in LAA and SFG--I'll probably play team total overs, tho. Also, leaning to SDP team total over---waiting for ump. STL not hitting LHP of late, tho French for SEA has been out since last year and was not all that impressive. LHP v LHP matchup---maybe 5 inn Under if ump is under-type. Good Luck. |

Like the MIL/WAS UNDER in 4.5/5 inn---9 scares me a tad. Also, love the SF/LA Over. Any thoughts on: ARI-SDP (liking the OVER all around)---and PHI TT OVER 5?

Looking at the NL East Bullpens...Mets look to be the best. Atlanta's definitely has question marks, as does Philly. Marlin's BP scares me...and, hell, the Nats look like they started all over again. Everybody has explosive bats....Will be paying attention to over/unders. Of the group, though, only Philly has a legitimate over park.
Opinions on Baltimore? |

Agree with JACKSmack....Greek has 4.5 inning unders and it has been one of my most consistent, winnng plays. The LAA/BOS 9-8 game yesterday is a great example.

I like over 9...Welke B behind the plate pushed me as I was leaning.

I'm trying to get my BB to go to mlb.com scoreboard so I can check line-ups and umps 30 minutes before game time. However, once at the home page, I cannot access scoreboard, but more importantly, "box" where the juicy information is found? Anybody know about such matters. Or, perhaps, there is another site out there that gives out the same info when it comes in from major league baseball.
Thanks much and...I lurke and read and learn a great deal from you folks. |

Also liking the LAD Over.....
N.B. Cederstorm is doing the MIN-TEX game--he is notoriously under when it's a LHP v LHP Good luck with your picks! |

Taking COL/WASH Under 5.5 for first 4.5...(Greek)
Was seriously looking at PIT/HOU UNDER, but don't like having Davis behind the plate...tons of BB and double digit RPG. Am I putting too much emphasis on the umpire? Would love to hear various folks' capping philosophy. |
