Check out my blog..just starting a personal gambling blog. Don't worry I'm not asking for money or anything..just as a hobby. https://actionaddict.wordpress.com/ The Championship game is finally here! Who would have thought it would be UCONN and Butler in this game? That's why I love the tournament. The key for UCONN should be pretty simple. The Huskies have to win the rebounding battle and try to limit 2nd chance opportunities for the Bulldogs. In the past 2 games for Butler they have had 32 offensive rebounds and has allowed just 14. That is an alarming number and something UCONN should be worried about. Lamb has to have a big game for the Huskies and his length should present match up problems for Butler. The key for Butler is to hope to contain Kemba Walker. You cannot completely stop Kemba but you have to prevent him from taking over the game. Kemba has been one of the better college players we have seen in the past several years. He is a big time performer and has that winning mentality. The recent emergence of Jeremy Lamb should take some pressure off Walker. Butler is lead by junior Shelvin Mack who provides the scoring and senior Matt Howard who provides the leadership and toughness. Whenever Butler needed a key play or rebound it was always Howard who got it. Butler needs to eat up the boards and get 2nd chance opportunities. Its pretty clear UCONN players are the more talented bunch but Butler has the most disciplined team. They rarely make unforced mistakes and can win even if they are not shooting well. Its kind of odd that its Bulldogs vs. Huskies. Bulldogs are known to be strong and intense just like Butler while Huskies are more athletic and high energy. The line is set at 3 which is very accurate and I'm having a hard time picking a side. Plays Kemba Walker -2.5 points over Shelvin Mack 1.35 units to win 1 unit Matt Howard - 2 points+rebounds over Alex Oriakhi -1.45 units to win 1 unit https://actionaddict.wordpress.com/ |
