@wallstreetcappers So someone who saved for retirement instead of spending all their money on whatever should get less from SS than someone who may have spent their money on blow instead of retirement? I understand the need to help the poor and needy but I dont want to subsidize someone's life style who has a similar income as I do. |

I think we will hang at the Mirage in morning to get our bets in. A couple years ago we went during the last week of the regular season of college football. We ran into this older lady, I'm guessing late 50's? Not sure. Anyway it was at the Mirage book. She was a local and a former UCLA cheerleader. She was a riot. All the workers and cocktail waitresses knew her. We got to talking to her and she said she mainly comes over for college football and big college hoops weekends. She made sure the waitresses took care of us and even had homemade banana muffines that she shared. She would scream obscenities at the TV if her bets were going south. She was fun to hang around with for a while. Does anyone else know who I'm talking about? |

I will be out there the same dates. Not huge on Caesars book but would make it over for some covers brain storming. I like to check out the lines in the early AM. I will be in a Yankees hat. Frank da Tank, an occasional covers poster, will be there as well.

Francoliah, my crew and I are heading out March 10th. We also love hanging at Bill's. However we refuse to call it Bill's and still refer to it as The Coast! I don't now if you are a morning person or not but I'am. Usually up by 5:00 AM back home. That's 2:00 AM Vegas. So no matter how late I'm up I always get up around 5 Vegas time. The reason I'm telling you this is because this is a great time to play the tables at The Coast. Not to crowed and best of all girls start coming up from a night of partying at Drais. Most are pretting strung out on this or that. Sometimes its like shooting fish in a barrel! |

" "This team is looking for more," said Matt Howard, who scored a game-high 20 points against Loyola. "If we're going to keep progressing, it's got to be 40 minutes of basketball to get to where we want to be." Butler has won eight straight over Youngstown State by an average of 16.7 points since a 64-62 road loss Jan. 21, 2006. Howard is averaging 20.4 points and 7.2 rebounds in five games against the Penguins. Youngstown State (8-15, 2-11) has lost three in a row -- all on the road. It's coming off a 74-68 defeat to Illinois-Chicago on Saturday in which it was held to 38.2 percent shooting and committed 18 turnovers. Butler -12.. all feedback welcome and good luck to all!! AMF- I wish that Butler had covered on Mon. They were 20 point favs. I had them. I do like them tonight. |
