great team, great coach, but too many better teams in the mix and too many...this would have to happen....scenarios....i give them less than a 3% chance to make it to the title game, but in the words of the great Jim Carrey...."So you're telling me there's a chance..."

And that would be happening if UF's athletic director wasn't such a little bitch. Miami last played UF with the worst O-Coordinator in the history of CFB. The Miami defense, that had true frosh playing all over the field on defense, help UF's offense to a low scoring game. Now that Whipple took over as O.C. , Miami was WRs running open on teams all day. People start polls based on how teams finished the year before and who they return, which is stupid. Preseason polls are 100% pointless. Even the p.o.s. BCS doesn't come out until after week 5 or whatever it is now. Solely based on THIS season, Miami has beaten two top 15 teams. They are the only team this year to do so. Either way, I don't care who was what team where. It's all irrelevant at this point in the season, so why get your panties in a bunch when somebody puts another team, other than Florida, in the #1 slot? The way UF played last week.....against not even a good team in Tennessee, they won't run the SEC table. you say that pre-season rankings dont matter, yet you try to vouch for Miami by beating 2 top 15 teams that more or less had their rankings preseason, so you contradict yourself there that said, i have Miami -2.5 and Kentucly +22.5...like a fat wallet more than who i think will win what and what team is ranked what and by whom, these are the 2 plays to make this weekend... |

agree with everything excpet the final score u gave to Miami/VaTech, they put up 24 against bama, one of the best defenses in the nation. first game aside, thats impressive. miami can flat out score, agaiinst an incredibly fast Fla St. secondary and well Ga. Tech D is nothing special, but thats besides the point. agree with ur side, but that game should go OVER
BOL this weekend, love the Auburn play

great writeup, would have sold me if i didnt come to the revelation that Nutt is a superior coach to the Spurrier of today. expect Ole Miss to cover here, BUT play close attention to this line as it will in the end determine who i put my cheese on.

So LSU is actually 11 points better than those "objective" Pete Carroll ass worshipping sports announcers annointed "Team of the Millenium". How can they not cover here?
i apologize if i didnt pick up on ur sarcasm alt, but 9 times out of 10, USC beats Washington. Miss St. stays within the number here, especially with an 1120 kickoff, LSU and Auburn are the notoriously sluggish teams with morning games in the SEC i expect this line to stay somewhere around 14, and if it does, ill take Miss St. +14.5 with the hook. Les is starting to run out of brownie points from the national championship he won a few years back. |

War Eagle! i can honestly say i dont even recognize our offense. its unbelievable. i may be wrong but i do believe Auburn has already scored more points this season that all of last season with the exception of the bowl game. our defense is suspect as of now, allowing an average of over 25 points a game, but i believe that it will improve drastically as the season goes on.
all roll tide hating aside, i believe arkansas will play bama within 2 scores and a FG, which means u may want to jump on that line now, as it is sure to be over 17 by saturday.
i havent seen any ball st games this year, but judging by a quick glance at their season thus far, auburn will easily cover up to a 5 TD spread. keep in mind that this is also a night game, and the tigers come prepared to any game that isnt before noon.
i keep switching gears here, but auburn may be in a look ahead situation with tennessee on the road next weekend. they have some huge road games coming up and although losing to a pitiful ball st team is doubtful, they may just sneak up and cover by a few points,
if you're going to take bama, take them NOW because it will go up quickly
