Hey MilkMan, big fan here, been following you for awhile now. Thanks for all you do.
Anyways, I was just wondering what your record on big plays (more than 1 unit) is so far this year? And also was curious as to your plays today. The way I understood your philosophy, I thought you usually took days off after losing.. just wondering if you saw something special today, or what is going on. Thanks again! |

SEC Champion........ South Carolina First up........... South Carolina Hey Boom, I look to be a lot more active in the forums this season, so look forward to reading all your stuff. Excellent write-ups, really appreciate the time you put in to help people and get the discussions rolling. My question here is where do you see Alabama's loss coming from? I agree that treading through the SEC schedule, you're more than likely to pick up a loss here or there. Just looking at their schedule, I see a best case scenario of 12-0 for them.. |

Oregon has a excellent chance of getting back ... Believe they are losing 3 OL and a bunch of the D..(gotta check this) but 14-1 is OK..... I think i would want 20-1 or better .....

Ya, all good points.. thanks guys. I usually don't play teasers but for some reason pulled the trigger on this one. I'll probably just look for a good Miami line live in-play.
I know what you mean, I think Miami will play well but there is no reason to suspect Dallas wouldn't play their normal good game as well. For the under, rationale tells me there's no way they can shoot like that again + Miami at home is usually lower scoring. Just really hope the refs don't blatantly favor Miami to force a game 7, that would really piss me off. Best of luck to you as well |

Would agree with that if you really think they will get it done in Game 6. Game 7 line would probably be more like -4, -4.5 because Dallas might be more "desperate" or "motivated". Interesting thought.. initially Miami was +120 after Gm 5.. would have been nice to get them at that.

Initially took Dallas + Under in a teaser.. +10.5, Under 191.5. However, I am now thinking that the Dallas line looks too easy and that the Heat are actually the right play. Thinking about doing another teaser which would look something like: Heat -1/2, Under 191.5.
How bad of a bet would this be do you think?? Obviously I'm f*cked in a high scoring game.. |

Forgot to mention the lack of receiver depth the ducks have as well! Might have to rely on the RB's a lot early on..

Hey Double! Big fan here. Looking forward to reading your posts throughout the year, can't wait for the season as well.
Just a few thoughts.. born and raised die-hard ducks fan here. Try to get to as many as game as I can each year, exciting time for us. I see that your line prediction matches up pretty well with the books' early odds on the LSU game. Would love to see the Ducks win, however, I think LSU should be favored here.. First off, I believe it is somewhat true that the longer you have to prepare for the Ducks offense, the easier it is to slow down. Although Chip is sure to have some new wrinkles..LSU has all the time in the world to prepare. Secondly, I do think their will be an adjustment period for the newer O-line and D-line the ducks have.. not easy for them to come in and have your first game against an SEC heavyweight. Lastly, it will be more of a road game than neutral! Pretty far traveling for the ducks and it should be 75-25 LSU fans at the stadium I would imagine (Similar to national title). Would love your thoughts on this game and the ducks season as well! I got one more question for you.. looking at the future odds to win the national title, the 5 favorites seem to be in a class of their own in my mind. I would much rather take long shots, but I love how Oklahoma and Bama's schedules line up also. Would be very surprised to not see one of them in the final game, but then again you never know. You're a sooner fan right?? What do you think of their season and overall national title odds. Thanks DoubleUp, best of luck and take care! |

Wouldn't you consider hedging some in these final 2 games?? Dallas moneyline is over +200..
