What are people's thoughts on this game, I'm leaning pretty heavily on Cilic after his big 1st round win. Also, he said that he loves the courts over there so I've got some big money on him. Hopefully it comes through
BOL to everyone else

Don't think that was a compliment or anything
Just out of curiosity, why don't they have byes in the first few weeks?

Like the first two but SF vs TB is a bit of a tossup, buccs will be scared after coming so close to losing last week and will want to show the public they are still good BUT there is a reason they did so badly which makes me a bit indecisive.
It's one of the reasons i don't like taking teams on the rebound, unless there is a legit reason like a player injured etc etc

What are you thinking Cilic vs Fognini @ China Open? Got big money on Cilic to win it.

Very true, I saw how they came out against USA. Just pathetic. USA, knowing they were going to lose, came out all guns blazing and smashed the shit outta the wallabies. I remember looking at the clock; 0:57 and Horne had just gotten smashed by an American and Genia or something had knocked it on.
After half time their fitness kicked in and the Wallabies were able to make breaks etc etc, but for almost half the match it looked like USA's 2nd XV could keep up with Australia!! |

When you say that last week teams with a higher YPPA went 15-1 ATS do you mean that teams with a higher YPPA DURING the game went 15-1 or in the season AFTER the game or BEFORE the game?
Thanks and BOL

Riight, I get it. I haven't had such a bad year on NFL. I think they are just becoming greedier and more corrupt or something....

I'm relatively new to NFL, how did it use to be? Like besides the flags, that pisses me off as well...

I found this highly amusing, saw it on the internet somewhere. Congratulations on reaching your 50th Test as Coach of the Wallabies. Can I start by saying what a choice job you’ve been doing since you first started working for New Zealand Rugby in 2008. It has been a long-term task, but the plan to ensure the All Blacks win the World Cup at home in 2011 is coming together perfectly. My idea of getting you to be hired by Australian Rugby as their national coach and then sabotage the Wallabies from within, in my own modest opinion, was an absolute masterstroke. While our plan had many doubters, I always knew in my heart that the Aussies would fall for it. After reaching 50 tests as coach on the weekend, I think its only fitting to mention what I think is your top 9 highlights of sabotage to date: 1. Losing to Ireland 2. Giving Rocky the captaincy of the country he hadn’t played for in over two years, then stripping it off him right before the World Cup 3. Losing to Scotland 4. Not picking a backup for Pocock in the World Cup squad 5. Never using the Wallaby bench effectively 6. Not having a back-up game plan 7. Using words like “contest, willing, collision, contact-zone, adaptation” to describe rugby 8. Losing to Samoa 9. Winning only 54% of all your games as coach of historically one of the most successful teams in Rugby I can’t believe after all this they then extended your contract for a further two years! How they didn’t work out our plan after you coached them to 10 Bledisloe cup losses in a row is full credit to you and were all very proud of you back at home bro. Well done once again and as planned we’ll see you at Ritchie’s after the World Cup to celebrate pulling the wool over the Aussies' eyes. Cheers Graham Henry |

I agree, i dont think it matters THAT much but he's such an integral player on and off the field that the team might feel his absence more than needed. For example, Lockyer being out of the Broncos match might have dampened their spirits i think. Also, he's such a fantastic kicker and territory is so important in union that having a good kicker to firstly get those penalty kicks and secondly to be able to make the extra 10m and still get the ball to go out.
Buttt, I'm still rooting for the All Blacks!!!

Dan Carter's Groin Injury
So Carter's out for the World Cup, what are the thoughts here on covers? Will New Zealand choke or will they prevail despite the setback?
