Take a look into Lehigh Valley (Allentown/Bethlehem/Easton area) in Eastern PA...market is headed up, but nowhere near Philly suburb or astronomical NJ prices. Area has a recent influx (last 5 years) of NY/NJ people which according to my relatives has brought along upscale malls, tons of entertainment, and construction galore. 1 hour from Philly, 1.5 hours from NYC, 30 mins from Poconos, but it's a great suburban place...good for families and there's alot of things to do for single people/married couples too. Definitely worth a look, as I have family out there and I'm definitely looking into it. Also, there are a decent amount of foreclosures on homes that are 250,000+, and a great time to buy.
Just my 2 cents |

What was USC's record before Carroll? Pretty sure that Paul Hackett went 19-18 in 3 years there. They were 37-35 from 1996-2001. USC has lost 14 games in 7 years, and 8 games in the last 6 years.
How can you say he's overrated? By bringing in top recruits? Part of being a good college football coach is recruiting. Are you also going to say that Greg Schiano is overrated, since he recruited and built a program like Pete Carroll (not even close to that magnitude however)? USC was mediocre before he got there. They would win 5-7 games every year, and now anything less than a National Championship is seen as a loss. I hated him when he was with the Jets, but the man is a great college football coach. |

Listen for the scattered boos from ASU fans. I hear it in surround sound (I think?)

Shut the hell up....do you need another dick to suck? And this is coming from someone in myself who actually respects all the guys you put in your title. Because nobody watching the game can see missed tackles. It is also the beginning of the 2nd quarter. Just stop.

Maybe ASU should throw the ball. They obviously can't run it too well on Texas...I'm on ASU + points and the over (both small).
Throw the damn ball! |

LeFevour ran for two scores and threw for another, giving him 41 touchdowns -- 17 rushing, 23 passing and one receiving -- this season. The sophomore became only the second MAC quarterback to win back-to-back championship games, joining Chad Pennington, who won three in a row with Marshall from 1997-99. "This feels great, but I don't think I held up my end of the bargain," he
said. "I ran pretty well, but give this one to our defense. They kept us in the
game." Is the CMU defense stepping up or is this just something to get his team behind him?? Also Purdue held a pretty good Indiana offense in check (they put 31 up on PSU, only 27 on Purdue), I just see this being played in the high 20s-low 30s |
