You know how old momentum works so I jumped on Little Blaney at 7.5-1 in truck race. Flying high after beating Kyle at his own game.

Good luck this weekend (Like Day and Fowler in golf)

This is the wrong answer!! I have very good friends that own various business. One in particular usually has a bunch of cash on hand and they had a bunch of robberies in the area. A client of his was a cop and actually brought my buddy a gun to protect himself and the 1st thing he said is you feel threatened and are attacked shoot to kill not to harm. If you shoot a knee cap out you will go to jail or have a long fought battle in court.

A good friend of mine is playing this week. He qualified thru the club pro national championship. His name is Brian Norman. He is the assistant at the course we just played the state open. Great dude and he can really play. He is from Kentucky so extra special week for him.

Good to see you around buddy. I played ok last year in the state open right out of my injury but not so good this year.   Switched instructors and trainers last week looking for a change. Hope to get something going for rest of the year. Thanks for asking!

I hit my old driver super high. TM Burner HT. Bought a Rocketballz, adjusted the degree to 7.5 and I have a great drive. Long draw but I'm very handsy n my draws not consistent, my natural fade comes back here n there, slight left pulls sometimes bc a closed club face I believe, occasional hook.

Is my 7.5 degree setting maximizing my spin aka my accuracy
To answer your question technically Loft as well as the shaft you put in your driver are to optimize your launch angle and your spin rate therefore getting the most out of your equipment. Generally the shaft that comes in your driver is garbage.

By the way QMich I went back to my 6.2x Motore Speeder tour Spec in my SLDR

Honesty  Just by what you said the SLDR would not be right as it doesnt stay in the air if you dont spin it enough. I struggled with spinning it way too much and therefore it helped me a ton

Just a warning. Chappell has been in arizona all week working with his instructor (Blackburn) I heard he made some gains So I believe if clicks he may play well but if he gets uncomfortable could be bad.

By the way I think this type of golf is great for the players and terrible for viewing! No big numbers in play.

Relatively it was easy to make a bogey/par but hard to make a par/birdie. (Some will not understand what I am saying but most will)

Also the USGA screwed up and made Saturday the hard day. Almost every player interviewed commented on how hard the pins were Saturday  I think it was Phil that called them the hardest he had ever seen collectively. Just my opinion. Sure wish I woulda played better at sectionals

I tried everything. It just worked. It's funny cuz I can give it to other really good players and they hit it low left every time

Heres my take. I play the sldr 430 with the elements fire 6x. By far the best driver I have ever played. The key is I play it 11 degrees. Every driver I ever played previously was a 7.5 or 8 degree. It spins the ball so little its unreal. BUt just like all drivers a good shaft is most important. There are a lot out there and I suggest getting fit for one.  If you want technical side here you go: Old driver launched at 9 and spun at 3100 rpm carried about 255 or 260. Sldr launches at 14.5 and spins 1700 and I can now fly it 275ish   Pretty incredible difference. I mean I am swinging at a little better but the driver is awesome.

I will be surprised if it doesnt get close but Kaymer looks really in control. He coulda crumbled yesterday but didnt  I will be watching. The issue is the pins will be easier making it harder to make up shots.
