A capper's gotta do what a capper's gotta do. Sometimes capping is UGLY: JAZZ@KNICKS WRITE-UP!
in NBA Betting
Some might read that Scal as Cavs 2nd half
Bet they wouldn't be half wrong. |

You'd be better off betting blind. First, Hawks are on a 12-0 OU as fav. Versus:
-Magic, Cavs, Wiz(OT), Lakers, Kings, Jazz, Cavs(OT x2), Bobcats(OT), Magic, Bucks, 76ers and TWolves a truly studly lineup of defensive teams. Grizz as dogs last 4 games are 0-4 OU, versus: Rockets, Rockets, Trailblazers and Thunder a pretty much, and without sarcasm, all top 5-6 offensive teams. Makes me wonder... |

This is a challenging game to cap and I typed up a ton for baby! LAKERS/KNICKS Big-time WRITE-UP!!!!
in NBA Betting
Man, I gotta give it to you, still posting big (and logical) write-ups to what has become a whiner-infested pissing contest last few years here.
People should remember when Lawson called out his team and then they went and won away @GSW. And if they think for a minute that there wasn't partying for 62 then they're all wrong and alot of games are lost because of lack of focus and energy. And besides, even if Lakers fail to cover, there should still be laid out plans to fade them (and Clips) first game back from the roadie. Good luck |

I don't want to be rude, but that's such a bs. What arrows ? The fact that they only have Rondo as their "healthy" guard, and like he's gonna play much in b2b situation being already limited? Who's gonna stop Wall from doing whatever the hell he wants? Add to that Celts already very limited offense and a worsening defense and they will be happy to stay within 20 if Wiz deicide not to slack or Celts don't start magically hitting their 17-footers which is what they, pretty much, will be shooting all night long.
There are no arrows and the line is correct and pretty much playable for few more points |

"Sit down. Listen up. I'm about to make you money $$$$!" Pacers @ Nets: Big Write-Up!
in NBA Betting
Problem last year would have been the chance of Lopez bullying Hibbert, who had a tendency to let people push him around. Now he's all talk about defensive player of the year, you know he's gonna work hard to back it up.
Teams off OT loss away, playing home on no rest vs an opponent on no rest [NJN]: 19-24 SU, 18-25 ATS and 15-28 OU, since 2000 |

Do the homework and show me statistics for the last 5-10 years. Wouldn't that be worth investing your time in, if it's that significant difference? |

You are the one selling it...you prove me you are right...and btw you
are talking about Nuggets (one of the fastest teams, deep), Spurs (elite
passing, 3pts), GSW (3pts, JJack), Clips
(Bledsoe), Celts (PP leading)...there is nothing strange about that,
these are all good teams.
First game Wes Matthews (and Batum) missed for Blazers ? 92-74 loss to Raptors. LMA missed one vs Nets, a loss and under @98-85 |

No need, I am keeping my amazement for something truly amazing. As for games going over, there is nothing fishy about that. What you have is a reaction of the market (that part is true) which moves the line down. On the game side, you get an open spot for someone to step up, the team moves the ball better (Rondo, Cp -> Bledsoe), there is worse defense being played from someone who is used to playing 20mins vs 2nd units and now has to go 35 vs 1st...and so on... DWill was out vs Pacers yesterday, that one went under after an OT...when you have a team like Nets that run very slow pace and a ton of bad ISO, doesn't matter who is out. |

Both Spurs and Nuggets have great coaches, fitting systems and deep teams.
Remove a starter or two from Blazers and see what happens... |

Since alot of people are getting hung up on arbitrary angles and like to ignore the obvious match-up facts (nice writeup GSK), here is one angle for you.
Rex Ryan came to Jets in 2009. Since 2009, Jets, in a SU loss as a dog are 0-11-1 ATS with an avg loss of 16.7 pts. How about that, the question is, can they win SU ? |

Problem with elite teams is that they have several people able to step up, but some of the key personel are Sneijder (HOL), Özil (GER), Ronaldo (POR), Eriksen (DEN) |

It's probably not being stupid nor covering spreads.
These backdoor covers that happen, or how many times you wondered how come a QB that hasn't done a thing whole game just marches down in last minute, generally do happen because with 2 scores up the defending team is content to just not give up big plays. Play loose coverage, get some tackles in the field, waste time off the clock. As for attacking coaches, 2 scores down, they still need to recover an onside kick, might as well get the hard part (scoring a TD) over with and then try to get the FG. I do agree tho that there is a point in time when it's better to go FG-onside kick-hail mary...something like getting down to 15-20sec |

He then went on to hit 2 threes in overtime to seal the win. Haha I remember that one! I had under and I think it was a push if Nuggets score...worst part is, Pistons is my team and I love Sheed, and was up in the air when he hit it going: OH YEAH FUCK NOO 2 other memorable beats from 2-3 years ago, Mets vs somebody and line was either 7.5 or 8.5, Mets scored 7 in first and I needed a run for it to go over. I think it was 7-1 in first. And the same after 9th. Then I had money on LAA and Weaver who had no-hit Dodgers but still lost. Error to first, stolen 2nd, to 3rd on throwing error, sac fly, 1-0 Dodgers win motherf...! |

If I may add a little something for the over.
Todays ump is DeMuth and he's not only been an over ump @8-3 this year, but according to my notes (these are at least a season old, sometimes even 2 or 3, so they might not apply all the times) he has a very high low part of the zone and is tighter on the left side of the plate than right. Pelfrey is a sinkerballer and Maholms best offerings are his CHup and SL as his FB sits in high 80s. This would imply problems for both pitchers as neither can strike out people at will and they might have to keep ball up at belt-high. |
