If you have a $500 voucher why are you worried about paying for drinks?
Just head down to Bellagio and drink for free if you don't want to bet enough to get drink vouchers. Their book, and pretty much everything else, is nicer than what you will see at Wynn and Encore.

Yeah. You're going to spend over $100 easily after cover/drinks. Might as well drop another $100 to skip the line, have a place to sit, and a place to bring back bitches.

Around $600 per bottle after tax/grat. It's worth it--wouldn't consider going to a club if I wasn't going to get bottles and a table.

Just get a table at XS in Encore and you will be fine. One bottle for every 3 people in your group.

Look into Blush at the Wynn. That's probably one of the spots that people in your age group go to.

Just got back from Vegas today. Some of my buddies and I got a cabana at Encore Beach Club and I would definitely recommend it. Our cabana was 1k bev/food minimum (ended up spending 1800 in about 4 hours), which goes by pretty quick. Cost depends on the day and pool--Sunday at Hard Rock would be most expensive--but cabanas are generally 1k-2.5k bev/food minimums. We had a great time.

Good luck on the baseball season. I hope that it is another profitable one for you. This is going to be my first season betting baseball, so I look forward to reading your threads and hopefully learning a little bit.

Good luck on the baseball season, vanzack. I've always read your NFL and college football threads on Covers, and I look forward to reading your MLB threads as well. This is going to be my first season betting baesball, so I hope to learn a little bit from threads like yours.

This is going to be my first season betting baseball. I had profitable football and basketball seasons, so I'm going to take a portion of that money and allocate it to baseball. I don't really expect anyone to post in this thread or follow anything right now, but I want to have a record of my picks so that when I get hot there will be verification.
I will be playing on matchbook. After reading GameHunter's threads I've decided that this is the way to go for baseball picks.
Good luck everyone--let's have a profitable season. Philadelphia Phillies -188 @ Washington Nationals. 1 units to win .52 units I will lay the juice on the best pitcher in baseball versus the worst team in baseball. Anyone who thinks that there might be value on the Natinals in this situation is overthinking it. I will also be on Blue Jays @ Rangers over 5 1H for .8 units. I'm waiting for the market to fluctuate on matchbook--I want to get something between -103 and +103. Good luck everyone. |

I've heard that a lot of clubs are offering promotions like 2-for-1 bottle service these days, and that the majority of tables at clubs are empty. Before shelling out $600 for a bottle of Goose and a table, you need to let them know that you're in a position of power because people aren't spending money in these clubs.
The people who work at these clubs will rape you monetarily if you let them. I'd skip the club and hit the tables, but if you're set on going have fun. |

How would a sportsbook lose money? They have a lightboard, ten tvs, and two people making $10 an hour sitting at a desk.

In what area of town do you want to stay?

On-strip: Burger Brasserie (Paris). Great burgers. Every trip I eat here at least once for lunch.
Off-strip: Vic & Anthony's (Nugget). Best steak I've ever had. |

best poker action is probably at bellagio.
definitely don't stay at the strat if you plan on gambling other places. it's all the way at the end of the strip. |

gimmiedempoints,
vegas can be as expensive or as cheap as you want it to be. my advice would be to bring as much as you can afford to lose, and set a budget for each day. if you lose that portion of your money, don't gamble until the next day. also, i would recommend bringing a button-down shirt if you plan on going out at night--don't wear the polo. |

+7.054 units Liverpool to win -120; 3 units Fulham +1.5 -137; 2 units I really like Liverpool to beat Boro tomorrow morning. I'm definitely thinking about adding a little on that one. |
