Mariners have addressed the offense. They have Kendry Morales and Michael Morse to go along with Montero. I like Felix to justify the contract tonight.

The Colts secondary is extremely thin. Sanders is out for the year...AGAIN. Jackson is out for the year and Hayden is hurting. The Colts never blow out the Texans. I believe Colts will win by 3. Texans +9 |

I am going to start betting college LaCrosse and run from college football. I'm still in shock. I went against my gut and bet on the damn Big Ten and got screwed again. That has to be the worst beat I've even taken... |

3 team parlay just lost because of fucking IU. Iowa was trying their best to sit on the ball at the end but IU would have none of that. BTW...my other two teams won on my parlay. I would fire that IU coach and make him take a Greyhound bus back to Bloomington. Fucker!!! |

Oswalt is actually 23-1. Berkman and Lee turn into Babe Ruth when they step into Great American Ballpark. Astros are a great play for this game.

How in the hell are the Clippers not better than they are? How does Dunleavy keep his job? Clippers have talent, I am going to be an idiot and go Clippers +12.5

They have played the same schedule as all the other AFC South teams, but yet they are the only ones to win 13 games. Go figure. |

stating what? That they are overrated? That they would lose to the Steelers?
I do agree that Collins will not take them to the Superbowl...probably. But when you have a defense and a running game, anything can happen. That's why the Ravens won with Dilfer.

hahahahahahahah. Stop Hating. People keep saying the Titans are falling, but they keep winning. They've lost two games, but yet the haters/doubters say their schedule was weak. The Steelers were going to maul the Titans. WOW. What a mauling. Maybe you doubters will jump on the bandwagon now. They beat the best team in the AFC(as all the haters say) with KERRY....fucking ....COLLINS. Damn.

UNLV will win, but they are 0-5 ATS. Santa Clara has won 4 out of their last 5. They lost to Arizona by 3. UNLV does not cover double digit spreads. Santa Clara +10

I had an excellent night last night. I actually went 7-0 (5-0 NBA, 1-0 NFL, 1-0 NCAAB)
12/08/08 5-0-0 100.00% +1700 NBA There are 9 games on tap for tonight, but I am only doing 8 of them. I am a huge Lakers fan so I do not bet on their games. Toronto at Cleveland -11 No need for a write up. Cleveland is on fire, ride the flames. Cleveland -11 Detroit at Washington +4.5 Neither team is good ATS. Detroit is simply a better all around team. Washington has been playing better lately but I just don't think they have enough to beat Detroit. Washington is being outscored by almost 6 points at home. Detroit outscores opponents on the road. Detroit -4.5 Utah at Minnesota +4.5 Yet another game with the difficult 4.5 spread. Utah has a lot of injuries but they do have D-Will back. Minnesota is missing Miller and Corey Brewer. The TWolves are dreadful ATS. They are being outscored by almost 7 at home. Utah has feasted on the lottery teams this season. Utah -4.5 NY Knicks at Chicago -8 Two middle of the pack teams and Chicago is laying 8 points? Wow. These teams are not too far off. NY is being outscored by almost 3 on the road and Chicago is outscoring opponents by almost 2 at home. Neither team has a defense. NY averages 104.00 on the road, Chicago averages 102.56 at home. I think Chicago will win, but not by 8. Still, the over might be the safer play. NY Knicks +8 (of course I don't do safe) San Antonio at Dallas -1.5 The Spurs have their big 3 back. Josh Howard is doubtful for Dallas. The Spurs were smacked like a redheaded step child in early November. Time for some revenge. San Antonio +1.5 Atlanta at Houston -4.0 I will just get to the point. Atlanta has J Smith back. Houston may not have Artest and they are missing McGrady. Do you remember how well Atlanta was playing until Smith got hurt? Atlanta +4 Milwaukee at Phoenix -6.5 Milwaukee is one of the best ATS. They are not going to outscore anybody or even scare the upper echelon teams. But night in and night out, their games are coming down to the wire. Phoenix is still searching for an identity. Hell I'm still searching for their identity. Everytime I jump on their bandwagon, they smack me in the head and knock me off. I'm going to ride the ATS wave. Milwaukee +6.5 Orlando at Portland -5 By far, the best game of the night between two very good offenses and defenses. If this game was being played in Florida, I wouldn't have thought twice about picking Orlando. But, Portland is an absolute beast at home (they beat N.O by 15 and smoked Miami by 800). I tried to do this from a purely numbers standpoint. Orlando averages 99.43 points on the road and outscores opp. by 6 pts. Portland averages 101.71 and outscores opp. by 8.39 at home. The FG%s are similar. The turnovers are similar. The defenses are similar. Orlando is playing a back to back. Portland is coming off a long road trip with two days rest. I'm just going to go with gut. Orlando +5 |

I took a few days off. I'm working on refining my system. I'm adding other factors into consideration such as road v home offense/defense, FG%, 3PT%, turnovers and FT%. Their are usually discrepancies in the way a team plays on the road compared to being at home. I will see if this leads to more consistencies in winning. There are 4 games today. |

Against you this time. I am going with UT Martin. They have a legitimate NBA prospect in Lester Hudson.

Be very careful with this game. If you look at Elon's schedule so far:
at Virginia Tech
at UT Martin
Southern Virginia
at West Virginia
at Davidson
This schedule definitely schews their stats. Elon is not as bad as the stats indicate.

It's in the Phoenix newspaper, the Arizona Republic
"Nash and O'Neal are expected to play tonight at Dallas. Their absences Wednesday forced the Suns to try Leandro Barbosa at starting point guard and Grant Hill at starting small forward, instead of Matt Barnes, to aid Barbosa."
I really thought Nash would play last night.

I got absolutely hammered last night. I am not ashamed to admit it. There are no sure things in capping games. If there was I would be paying a lot more child support than I do. Thankfully there are only two games today. I capped them early. I am going to do the Over/under and the spread on both. Phoenix at Dallas -4.5 Neither team is good ATS, but in all fairness to both, they are dealing with injuries and changes in team concept. So that is a wash. Dallas is absolutely terrible at home, whereas Phoenix is average on the road. Nash and Shaq will be back tonight. Both teams are averaging over 100pts in their last 5 and that's without Nash for Phoenix(for 2 games) and Howard for Dallas. |

But I will definitely take it at 8. Mr.Bator, normally I would agree with the Clippers being blown out. But without McGrady and the way the Clippers have played lately, it just seems logical. Trust me, I am a Laker's fan. I love seeing the Clippers being lousy.
ValueforRent, not sure if you are calling me or my post silly. If so, that's your opinion. You didn't have to come in here and read it or comment. I welcome back and forth and opinions but I can do without the fucking insults. |
