Underdogs only lost 1 game ATD this postseason. I'll roll with the Eagles.

Very simple. We already seen that game last year and it wasn't that good of a game. Steelers without Shazier are not a good defensive team.

He convientely left out Pats beating Indy 45-7 then beating Seattle in the SB and also GB beating Atlanta 48-21 then beating Chicago 21-14 in the NFC championship game.

Or how about when GB beat Atlanta 48-21 Jan 15th 2011 then their next game beat Chicago 21-14. I can find more examples if you want.

Can jaguars win or cover @ Patriots.

PER all playoff games from years past teams who score 40 or more points in one playoff game have failed to cover next playoff game

What the heck are you talking about? When the Pats beat Indy 45-7 Jan 18 2015 in the deflate gate game they beat Seattle in their next game!

I have never seen  pro whiff on a tackle in which the receiver is coming down in the air. It looked like he pulled back a bit and redirected himself outside of the landing zone. How could you not just get your hands on the guy and the game would be over.

I disagree. Even though there hasn't been blowouts, how many are as excited to see a Pats/Jags and Philly/Minnesota matchup vs Pats/Pitt and Atl/GB matchup from last year?  Brady Ben Ryan Rodgers now its Brady Bortles  Foles Keenum.

Besides that, what about the biggest Superbowl comeback ever and first OT we seen in the SB? That alone would top these playoffs.

How about that Green Bay vs Dallas game where Rodgers threw the best pass I have ever seen to setup the game winning field goal.

But if you want to quantify that angle, simply look at what the Pats did to them when they had the privilege of playing in what should have been the ultimate revenge game and shi* the bed.

Simply put, there is so much focus on Foles and we all know what evident truth:

The Falcons are not impressive in terms of a playoff team and certainly not as good as last year.

Aggregate all these things when choosing a side.
No doubt about that when they played them earlier this season but Atlanta was not playing at their best during that point of the season. I look at them now and I believe they are peaking right now. They have won 7 of 9 games and the 2 losses were to Minny and Saints. Their last 2 games, that defense looked very good to my eyes.
Some of the greatest players in all sports use motivation to fuel them because seasons can be long and whatever edge you can use to hit that extra gear is a perk.

Did the Broncos right the wrongs of that embarrassing Super Bowl defeat to the Seahawks? Nope, They fell short, It took them a year later to rectify that.

What Scalabrine has touched on is 'motivation' as it is a result of people flat out disrespecting a team. IF and that is an IF, The Falcons are still upset about last years Super Bowl, That is not motivation, That's an obsession. The Pats got their perfect season ended by the Giants and then played them in a Super Bowl a few years later, Perfect so called spot for motivation yet due to it not being motivation and more of an obsession, The Pats despite how well coached and how good of a QB they had, Still lost.

Motivation is a form of disrespect, You could argue what Big Ben said about the Jags could motivate the Jags, It was a stupid thing for Ben to say. Why is it in any sport, When a team on a really bad run faces a hot team and all throughout the week hears they will be getting blown out more often than not puts in a very good performance regardless of result.
Like When Spurs lost in 7 games to Miami then the next year they beat them like a drum in the finals. How about when Clemson lost to Bama 2 years ago then beat them in the final the next year. Or how about the well said motivation of Bama this year beating Clemson. They looked like a completely different defense. Well all those stemmed from previous seasons so different players, coaches, and coordinators. I see your point.

What about Atlanta's motivation for blowing the Superbowl last postseason? Does that count?

People are underestimating Falcon's coach Quinn's ability to gameplan for the opposing teams offense.

Trufant will shadow Jeffrey. Eagles will have to rely on Ertz and the run game.

Not counting the last game vs Dallas but have you seen the Eagles the previous 2 games. Barely beating a lousy NY team and narrowly beating a Raiders team who had nothing to play for?  Why on earth would you back them?

The last two games Atlanta has played their defense has looked like a top 5 defense. This isn't the same Rams team with Mike Smith. Quinn knows how to get it done in the playoffs. Look what he did with Seattle.  Seattle hasn't done crap without him.

My money is on Atlanta.

Georgia is playing right into Bams's strength which is a stout front 7.

It is a home game for Georgia being in Atlanta.

True freshman qb in this stage vs Bama?

I will take a hungry Bama team.
