Most fans will be happy to see baseball, while most teams will be happy they weren't the ones caught. |

Like Kings last night, getting that same feeling about Devils tonight playing up to preseason expectations. |

Thinking Kings may continue to surprise some folks tonight. On a 8-2-1 run which includes 1-0-1 vs COL. Where has this team been? |

I actually like the Flyers pick, despite Elliott starting - think he'll get some support. Can't say the same for Merzlikins. |

Totals I like are Over in FLA@ANA and Under in ARI@DAL and NYI@COL |

The parity in ice hockey is much higher than other sports- which is one of the many reasons I love it. |

Anything can happen on frozen water, but Avs have scored 24 goals over their last 5 overall. They're clicking!

Moreover, DET has offered Howard more goal support on the road than MIN has offered Dubnyk at home in recent games. Obviously that goal support has been squandered by Howard, but MIN is far from an elite scoring threat and tonight is the softest spot on DET's away schedule in two months. |

I like the play, especially if Murray @ Howard which it should be but Pens never give early confirmation. Murray 3.20 GAA last 5 overall, 3.40 GAA last 5 away |

Can't bet against Devils right now. Maybe the books are selling the away team here, but it's a convincing return given the situation and current form. |

NJD officially in no-play territory. Can't bet them, can't bet against them. This line for TOR is absurd. |

Bernier confirmed, which affects the alert and has me fairly confident in Wings pulling off the technical "upset" at home. |

I don't think I've ever seen Malcolm Subban get that kind of line. |
