Ok, so I am sitting at 8-2 on my Warriors picks...a very respectable 80% win rate. I do not play every GSW game, but when I do, my documented record speaks for itself. I am hoping that a few of you have jumped on my picks and made a few bucks. I am not one of those guys that just throws out picks on this board for the heck of it, I do have a strong background at this and a long history of making money on/against the Warriors. Will I lose a few? Hell yes. Will win many more than I lose....F*^ck yes! My thoughts tonight: Lets looks at this one. Warriors just got spanked at home by the Spurs, who by the looks of things are the class of the West and possibly the NBA thus far. Monta was shut down, with an absoulte shitty shooting night. Curry played well, D Wright did dookie, and Lee was so so. I see this one being a high scoring affair, with my W's coming out with some life. D Wright will drill some treys, Monta will come out focused and fired up, Lee/Biedrins will OWN the boards. The Warriors are about to embark on a very tough part of their schedule - this one is a must win in my mind for these youngsters, and I know that Smart is gunning for a win this evening. I think -2.5 in this spot is a very good number for my W's. Plain and simple, the play here is: Warriors -2.5 Fade me Tail me

Not too sure about the trap thing, just looks like a good spot at -4 for Spurs. I see 8-2 after this one |

The Warriors with Davie Lee are a different team, that is obvious. It is not Lee's stats that make the difference, it's the little things that he does to make the other players better and open things up. Case and point: D Wright is over 55% on trey's when D Lee plays, and under 20% from behind the arc when Lee is out. This is a HUGE swing.......... Look at the pick and roll with Lee and Monta/Curry, it is very effective. Take Lee away, and the defense just sags and lets our other bigs do nothing - they Jump Monta/Curry and make their chosen shot that much more difficult. The W's have lost something like 9 straight versus Spurs by an average of 18+; those are crazy, daunting numbers. The Spurs have a great record this year, as do the Warriors (at home/with Lee). This one looks like it is goning to be a hell of a game, and I hope it is. However, I just think the Spurs will overmatch my W's and get this one done tonight. -4 is a nice number for the Spurs, I truely think they get this one done at Oracle. If this were a Friday or Saturday night, with all the energy in the building....I give my boys a shot. Regretably, the pick is: Spurs -4 Fade me Tail me BT out |

Not enough time for in-depth write up, plain and simple; W's are playing like shit, shooting like shit, rebounding like shit. D Lee is worth his weight in gold to this young team. Rockets have been shitty, but they get this one done at home. Pick:
Rockets -5.5 Fade me Taile me BT out |

No dis-respect, but a second half play in this one is tough call. Lots of junk time.

Barnes, Blake, and crew look solid. W's will play their bench in second half as well (Nuggest Monday) I'm thinking my lakers pick looks good.

D Lee was scoreless last one, true. But please consider that the defense had to respect Lee's shooting and pick and roll ability. Tonight you have Gradz, Biedrins, and Rad setting the picks for Curry/Monta. I don't switch out on any of em. So, you are right Lee was bad that last one, but they had to respect him so it should have created opportunities for the guards to get more open looks. Not tonight, once again Lee missing is of large value here. I know this team, they shit the bed tonight.

Lock it in fellas, I know it is lots of points, but we've all seen this one before in La. No D Lee is huge, much more than no Curry last one.
