The bodog brand name is leaving the US market at the end of the year but the company that owns and runs the bodog.eu software and operations (MMGG) will simply rebrand itself as of Jan 1, 2012 and literally everything else will remain the same.
Thanks, Becky |

My email is Boulder2578@yahoo.com do you think there is anything you can do to get them to just put it back into my account. Surely they can see that the check never cashed and just refund it back into my account, right? Honestly, the quickest way to get this resolved is to give CS a call about it. I don't know the answers to your questions as I'm not CS, I'm simply in close touch with the Senior Management. If you have any trouble with CS please do let me know! Becky |

I heard the good news from CS management earlier today- was just checking this thread to be sure you're happy. :) Thanks for the update and the kind words, I do appreciate it! Becky |

Its not really the money, just the principal of the whole situation. I would post the rude emails returned from the department after I sent them my bank statement but I understand mistakes happen. Would just like to see that things are fixed and made right. My name is Dustin Afman and my user name is Chobyface. If you really care like you claim you do, please look into this and make it right. If not, no big deal, I will just stay with 5dimes and continue to tell the truth to anybody who asks I asked a senior CS manager to please get in touch with you to sort this out- they tried calling but got your VM so you have an email waiting for you with the manager's contact info and schedule. If you ever have any issues receiving your payout and CS is unable to help to your satisfaction, please send me a PM and I'll ask a senior manager to look into it. Thanks, Becky |

CS and the VIP team has been doing everything they can to get you paid out as quickly as possible- I've been informed of each time they have been in touch with you so I know they are working as hard as they can. Thanks for your patience and you will 100% receive your payout, so no worries there. Becky |

Guys-
I know each of the bodog brand licensees personally, including Alwyn Morris of MMGG who owns and operates bodog.eu and I am 100% positive that you will receive your payouts from which ever bodog brand licensee you are playing otherwise I would never accept a very public role such as this one. The delays you are posting about are industry wide issues due to the US laws, not because bodog.eu is trying to cheat anyone. If you have any trouble with your payout please give CS a call and if they are unable to help to your satisfaction send me a PM with your account number and I'll get the facts for you. Thank you! I have two payouts for rather substantial amounts of money - they were placed on october 16th and october 23rd respectively. I still have not received anything for either one - going on four weeks for the payout on the 16th. The method I requested was Direct Bank Transfer, because I am never home to receive a check by courier due to travel for work. Anyways, I am extremely frustrated and I wanted to see if others are in the same boat as I am - it sucks!!! I just responded with the following to this post of yours in another thread: I guarantee you that you will receive your money. I am in touch with both the VIP managers and Senior CS Managers about this situation and they are working very hard to get you paid out ASAP, I promise. Thanks, Becky |

All players' accounts will be automatically transferred to the newly branded site- same login, same wallet, same everything- you will not notice a difference except for the name change.
