Have a few more for today. Will try to update with reasons as I can. Cheers! COLORADO STATE RAMS (-4.5): The Rams should be looking for blood in this one as UNLV broke CSU's home winning streak in a devastating blowout loss that surprised everyone but me the first time around. CSU has rebounded nicely, coming into today with a 4-0 ATS mark in their L4 overall and a 5-1 ATS mark in their L6 when playing on the road. The road team is also 6-2-1 ATS in the L9 meetings between the two schools, while UNLV comes into today with a dismal 1-8 ATS mark in their L9 Saturday contests. UNLV has been playing tough recently and does seem to hang with Colorado State every time they play, but this one should be over shortly after it starts. I expect CSU to come out blazing and put the Rebels to bed early.
HAWAII RAINBOW WARRIORS (+6): Hawaii has been playing everyone tough lately and has only lost one game by more than 7 points this season. They are 9-3 ML and 8-3-1 ATS in their L12 games overall, with their losses in that span by 3, 5 and 7. They have been equally as good on the road lately, going 4-2 ML and 4-1-1 ATS in their L6 away from the island. UCI does come into today having won 6 in a row, but 4 of those wins came by 6 points or less. The Anteaters are 2-6-1 ATS in their L9 when playing as the favorite. I expect this one to be tight all the way through, with Hawaii even having a chance to steal a win at the end of the game.

Had a great start with my first post yesterday, going 4-1 on the forum, 6-1 in the contest. I plan on having an equally great day today. YTD: (4-1 / +2.9)
GEORGETOWN (+19.5): Hoyas have been ice cold lately and there is absolutely zero chance of them pulling off the upset here today, but despite carrying a 15-game losing streak and posting a 4-11 ATS mark in that span, they did play Villanova tight enough for a cover in their first meeting this season, losing by 11 on a +13 point spread. And despite having such a horrible run, they have only lost by more than today's spread once in their L14 games and only twice all season by more than 20. The Hoyas have managed to keep these match-ups with 'Nova close over the years as well, and you'd have to go back to 2018 for the last time 'Nova beat the Hoyas by more than today's spread. Georgetown has snuck out 2 wins in the L8 meetings with the Wildcats, while also posting 3 straight ATS wins and a 5-2 ATS mark in the L7 between the two schools.
FLORIDA STATE (+15): One thing that makes me hesitant on this play is the amount of public and sharp money on this play already. Definitely in the high 60% range. Near 70%. Both teams are coming in off hard fought last games, with FSU beating Clemson by 1 and Duke beating Wake Forest by 2 in their last times out. If you have followed these schools over the years, you know this is always a tight matchup, as the Seminoles already outlasted Duke by 1 in OT in their first meeting this season and each of the L6 meetings between the two schools have been decided by 10 points or less. In fact, FSU is 6-1 ATS in the L7 meetings and 7-2 ATS in the L9, having lost by 5, 10, 7, 5 and 15 points in their L5 meetings at Duke.

Golden Knights (1-1 / -0.6) Rough end to the night as VGK blows a 2-0, 2-1 and 3-2 lead to fall 4-3 in OT! Not the start wanted in the NHL, but went 4-1 in the CBB to go with it. I will be back tomorrow. Cheers! |

Maryland (-2): The Terps just seem like the better team here and should be looking for blood, fresh off a 2-point loss against Purdue last time out. Nebraska is 1-11 ML in their L12 games with only one loss decided by less than 6 points. Maryland has won 3 in a row and are 5-1 ML in his L6 meetings between the two schools. They have won 3 out of 4 played at Nebraska. |

UW Milwaukee (+6.5): Home team is 21-8-1 ATS in the L30 meetings between the 2 schools. Milwaukee has won 4-of-the-L5 vs Cleveland State on their home court with the only loss coming by 2 points. Cleveland State not the same team on the road. Have won only 1 game by even 6 points on the road. Each of their L6 games on the road have been decided by 6 points or less with 3-of-the-L5 being decided in OT. |

Wright State (+4): Number has moved down to this spot. Oakland is 1-7 ATS L8 games and 1-6 ATS L7 as the favorite. Wright State is coming in off two tough losses to lesser opponents by a combined total of 7 points and have lost only one time in the L18 games by more than 4 points. They own the Grizzlies in their history going 9-1 ML and ATS in the L10 meetings between the two schools.

A few reasons why I like these particular matchups….
Columbia (+15.5): A large dog w/ 60% of public on it. Either have won outright or kept it to 15-point loss or loss in 10-of-L12 games. Harvard hasn’t beaten anyone by more than 15 points in any of their L15 games and only twice all season. Harvard has only won by more than 14 points only once in the L10 meetings between the two schools with 3-of-L4 at Harvard decided by 6 points or less and both of the L2 meetings there decided by OT. Columbia is 4-0-1 ATS in the L5 meetings and 8-1-1 in the L10 vs Harvard. |

@ToddC Agree with you. Think Maryland wins this one fairly easy… |

Let’s see how this goes. Have hit a slight rough patch in the nhl lately, hitting about 50% last three weeks or so. But still at about 58% for the year. First night posting. Cheers!

Yea - these are all some sick beats for sure.
I have definitely had my fair share of sick beats as well in my lifetime. But the worst is going 9/10 on a $5 parlay. I like to play them just to hit the big hitters (about $5k from a $5 investment usually) along with my other big money bets. In the last month, I have had at least 7 that hit 9/10. The worst was when I took a $10 ten-teamer a few years ago and it was loaded with ML dogs. I had hit 9/9 and was going into the last game where I had someone against LSU (don't really remember all the details) but LSU converted on a 4th and 33 with a TD pass to win the game and cover the spread with like a minute left. Cost me $22k from a $10 bet!! I swore them off forever, but here I am still betting them every week. Just to be fair though, I have hit at least two dozen or so over the years too -- so I can't really complain.......
But damn it hurts sometime.......
