I'm calling this the Wrecking Ball Theory - You use it when a "system" (in this case your tv) needs to be brought down so you can start fresh. If something doesn't function the way you expect it to you have every right to correct it as you see fit.
**Note the system can be a wife, a yacht, a job. If you don't want to commit to the expense of maintaining or figuring it out, just blow it up.
Now mail that ball to me. I need to toss it at Brett Favre's head.

Cameron was miscast as a head coach. He peaked as an offensive co-ordinator and is finding success there again with the Ravens. Out of the two you list Kiffen is worse. Cameron also had to deal with alot of injuries last year 9 (Thomas, Brown, Green). Not making excuses for him though as 1 OT win is pretty horrendous. He also allowed his assistants to coach a preaseason game will he took the night. Probably lost his team somewhere around there.

I watched a few innings and couldn't get over the flatness of the players brims. I thought I must be getting old and not keeping up with the style. They looked idiotic.
Great post.

I'm on the Super Eagles at 5.5. You're definitely not crazy. They score fast and often. Great odds. They're all playing for European offers/contracts. Their new coach is definitely delivering. |

I'm really curious to see how that Atlanta game turns out for you. I didn't have it in me to pull the triger but would have went the same way.

No mention of Desean Jackson? He's been lighting it up...
Okay after some investigating:
Kevin Curtis will undergo surgery to repair a sports hernia. Eagles coach Andy Reid acknowledged that Curtis will miss a "significant" amount of time.
With Reggie Brown battling a hamstring injury, the Birds are now down both their starting wideouts. Hernia surgeries aren't easy to recover from, although Curtis probably isn't in danger of being placed on I.R. He is very likely to miss the first few weeks of the season. DeSean Jackson could start in his place. Downgrade Curtis accordingly. Donovan McNabb and L.J. Smith's past sports hernia surgeries cost them at least two months apiece. |

I have to agree with the under. Both teams defences are much better than their offences. Might see over 37 punts...

Do unto others. I think for something this frivilous I would go all out and starting building a case, threaten punitive damages, harassment whatever. Your friends will be smoking with repercussions in no time.
Also make sure your end is clean. When I read about the landscaper I thought he'd show you the cigarette butts your buddies may have discarded over the edge and hit you for littering or something stupid.

Sounds like there was opportunity to negotiate for more. Never accept the first offer.

I paid $600 just to win $100 on him?!
Wasn't even a question of would he win but instead by how much. I measured the odds of a blown hammy or false starts and figured like him that bet was money in the bank.
See his shoelace came untied...?

Thanks for the luck all.
jake21s - Generally I try to stay away from the RL on a home team. I don't like eating chalk but don't like giving the visitors an extra inning at bat even more.
In my first play I know Milwaukee's batting for 9 innings. With Pittsburgh I'm hoping they only need to hit for 8.
