It was a pathetic effort against Calgary....Their coach was absolutely astonished that they would play that way...I don't know about that team...They have also screwed me on the Canes and the Calgary play. I'm going to stay away from them too for two reasons... 1) They have too many games where they lack effort and expect their skill to shine through...The exact opposite of a team like the Bruins 2) I still don't trust their goaltending |

I like the Canucks...Not sure about Leaf game as I think the Leafs were not overly tested last night. They ran 4 lines and it allowed them to limit minutes of guys like Phaneuuf and Kessel. The Cap game was over by mid-second. I actually think the value is on the Leafs at the price they are giving out. Although the Leafs are injured, its not always a bad thing as they are allowed to bring in guys like Franson and Colborne which may actually be better players than the guys they are replacing. |

I actually think that all the bad thngs in the original post can be easily corrected with a little better coaching and execution. In fact, I think the Leafs have another gear still as their goalies and D can defiantely play better. Sure, Kessel and Lupul are over-producing and that will come down to earth but lets face it, as much as you expect them to drop, whats to say they don't improve on all the points you make. |

Wings scare me the way they are playing...I like the rest of the picks... Toronto is a steal at that price....They are not tired as they played 4 lines all night agaisnt NJ and only gave up like 20 shots. There top two lines are really going right now. The only X-factor is Gustafson in net but even if he gives up three, the Leafs will likely win.

I loved the Leafs in this spot tonight. At home, playing great, and on the plus. Pitts had lots of guys out too.. |

I heard this stat the other night on TSN (Canada).....Columbus has only one regulation win in their last 30 regular season games. I cannot verify the accuracy of this statement but if true, that is an amazingly awful record. I can't see them breaking that tonight against he Red Wings...Its a lof of juice but can CBJ actually beat the Wings... |

I like the parlay. Milw are home beasts and Phils should win with rh pitching.

I like the back to the walls reasoning but its totally discounted by the fact that they are throwing their absolute worst pitcher out there to win it for them. To make matters worse, its a road game/elimination game and the Detroit fans will be going crazy. I can't see how the Yanks pull it out tonight. |

White Sox deserved this beating. Giving up a 7-1 lead last night was brutal for there chances but also for my bank roll. I had a feeling they were in for a long night as the loss yesterday was devestating

Good
Luck man. I have watched the last two games the USA has played and they had no business beating brazil. They were also the second best team against. France but they get lucky and timely goals. I think japan isuch younger and more fit than the USA but may suffer from experience factor |

I agree with the post above....Laperiere's mocking was what sent shudders to the Bruins and their fans. Laperiere should have known better to light a fire under the Bruins.....But then again, that pilon in net for Vancouver didn't exactly keep his team in the games in Boston...

The line is high because the Heat are going to win and cover. Could the Mavs win? Sure, as nothing is 100% but based on the line I would have to go with Miami in this situation. I don't understand how they can give 5-6 points to Dallas. Wade is hurt, LBJ is not getting it done and Dallas is heating up as the series goes on. If Dallas' three point guards hit three's like they did in game 5, Dallas not only covers but wins outright. Even if Terry, Barea and Kidd struggle, Dirk could win the game on this own as he proved earlier in the series. Either way, I don't see how Miami wins by 6 points.

Like the Leafs even if back to back....Toskala has been money for about 12 games now...I think he hasn'e let in more than 2 goals in the past 12...
