Tight to the Vest
The Golden Knights have been an Under machine all season long on home ice and this is must win territory as their season and Cup aspirations are hanging in the balance. Through four games so far we have had two games cash on the Under and two on the Over, and while both sides have a wealth of offensive weapons it has been their respective goaltenders who will be the difference. Marc-Andre Fleury has been pedestrian in this series but expect his best tonight as the Knights battle to survive at least another day.

The Great Eight?
Alex Ovechkin has taken over top spot as the consensus favourite to win the Conn Smythe Trophy with his team up 3-1 in the series, and he has been a beast all season long. However, if the Knights are going to win this game, and the oddsmakers seem to think they will, they are going to have to keep the Caps off the scoreboard, and there is value to be had in keeping Ovechkin out of the net. "The Great Eight" is still eligible for a point for us to cash and at a modest line it is worth laying some juice on the prop of Ovie not scoring a goal.
Take: No on Ovechkin to score a goal at -135 on Sports Interaction
The Disappearing Act
Sin City is known for its elaborate performances and head scratching magic shows and the play of the Golden Knights this season lines up perfectly with that reputation. However, the one disappearing act they aren’t impressed with has been that of William Karlsson who has gone cold in this Cup final and unless he returns in a hurry the dream season for the Knights could go up in smoke. The Swedish forward broke out in a big way this season offensively and look for him to do it again here as he gets back on the score sheet with a pivotal marker that could end up being a series saver.
Take: William Karlsson to score at +145 on Sports Interaction
The Golden Knights have looked woeful over the last three games. A large part of that has to do with the talent and determination of the Capitals who have endured years of playoff hardship. However, the Knights have defied the odds all season long and, while a 3-1 deficit may seem insurmountable, they know they have to take each game at face value and that is exactly what I expect from them here. As such, I expect this to be a close contest until the late stages of the third period where an empty net goal could come into play. Taking the Knights to win by a two goal margin puts us in a nice position and at the value we are given it is more than worth a shot at playing that prop.
Take: Vegas to win by two goals at +550 on Bet365
