The MirageThe Mirage is a must see when you’re in town. It has been a major player in the sportsbook market since it opened in 1989, and is perfectly situated in the middle of the strip.
The staff within the Mirage sportsbook thrives at exceeding the expectations of their guests. Senior oddsmaker Jay Rood keeps a dizzying amount of betting options.
The book accepts wagers on all major North American sports. The Mirage is one of the few places that provide expansive odds for the WNBA.
Halftime lines, parlays, totals, moneylines and teaser bets are readily accepted. Some sportsbooks issue parlay cards solely during football season but the Mirage keeps this popular feature available year-round.
You’ll be right in the action with 15 large television screens in the race book and another 14 in the sportsbook. The sportsbook sits beside the large race area, where horseplayers get their own individual TV monitors. The pony section contains 197 of the room’s 269 seats.
