I used to play a lot of live blackjack, and have probably seen every conceivable run of variance in both directions over the years. While traveling recently I had a lot of idle airport time to play online Blackjack at Sportsbook.ag, and I couldn't believe my bad luck. I went nearly an hour on two different occasions without the dealer ever busting holding 2, 3, 4, 5 or 6, which is simply unfathomable, and I couldn't help but wonder if "the fix was in". I was so adamant something was askew that I wrote SB a letter, which may (or may not?) explain why uncommon runs either way aren't that unusual common online: Dear Steve, Thank you for contacting us. Regarding your recent Casino inquiry, after checking your Blackjack history, we see you experienced a bad run recently but also profitable session. Unfortunately more losses than winnings but at this time your payout percentage stands at 97.67 which is within the 97-98% we advertise. Remember our cards are dealt from a six deck shoe which is shuffled after every hand. This has to be so in order to prevent "card counting". So, if you can imagine that after every hand all the cards are back in the shoe again, it would be perfectly possible for you, or the dealer, to have a winning, losing and Blackjack hand many times in a row. Our casino software is monitored for fairness by reputable auditors, namely TST Technical Systems, who would report if our games were found to be fraudulent in any way. The odds for both the real money and play for fun modes in our casino games are created by a random number generator which resides on our server. These odds are audited by a third party to ensure they are being created in a fair and random manner. The software meets all the standards set by online gaming regulators.

I have a couple of withdrawals pending and have spoken with reps from Sportsbook.com and they said all withdrawals now take 6-8 weeks. The odd thing is I contacted many of the other big sportsbooks and all of them say they send withdrawals within a week, and they now have debit card withdrawals that takes just a few days. I am beginning to think Sportsbook.com is a big Ponzee scheme.
