WVU has some injury concerns. The LG is out w an ankle and the LT is a game time decision after an eye poke. Also an important DB is a game time decision. the question for me is what does Houston’s O look like? WVU will still be able to run the ball and the D will stop the run and pressure the QB. But WVU is not build for a track meet. I think Houston has had issues this year. They put up small points against P5 teams |

Im surprised TT is favored here.
I realize they are home... but WVU gets one of their best players back today. Asa Ahmad.

Okie State should roll here.... but I don't trust them to be consisitent start to finish. Kind of expecting Okie State to shoot themselves in the foot at some point and let it be a close game.

I'm looking at this... and I see where VT is supposed to have a great pass D but I just don't see where VT is going to put up a lot of points with a less than stellar O line and brand new QB and one of their starting WRs out. Grier should be able to take what the VT D gives him and the run game should open things up for going downfield. VT should be one dimensional on O.... and I have to think the WVU D can keep VT to a fairly small number on the scoreboard. |

The returning starter numbers for WVU especially on D is ared herring. WVU will be better on offense this season by a big margain and the D will be just fine. Most guys on the D have lots of experience... so it's not like they are getting their first ever starts. Also... WVU has one of the best safety combos in the country... 2 guys who will be playing on Sundays. I bet against WVU at times so I'm not being a fan boy here.... I really do think WVU getting points is a no brainer here. |

WVU is playing well in all phases right now. IF this continues and the D and Special Teams continue to play well.... I think the WVU O can get the job done and pull out the win.
Might depend on WVU putting pressure on Okie State QB. If Okie State QB has all day... they can keep it close at home and have a chance to win.

This is going to be a FUN game. And I'm staying away from betting this game. All I know is it's going to be a wild game. |

I think people are still remembering that 31-0 debacle that occurred last season in Baltimore. That was an anomaly.
WVU wins by at least a TD

WVU should handle this. They should have beaten Texas which should give them some confidence.
QB Millard is not as good as Trickett but he should be good enough. WVU -6.5

looks like they avg 2.5 sacks per game... not too dominant.
WVU might have a shot if the O line can have some success.

Can you tell me what kind of D front TT has?
if they have studs across the board on D line and LB then TT may cover easily.... if not... WVU may surprise some people with a chance to win

"Gino" is not a running QB first of all....
Steelers are in a must win situation, coming off a bye. Jets coming off short week and Geno Smith has not always played well when all the media starts talking about how great he is. And lastly.... PITT played against VT yesterday. This is the Pittsburgh Steelers playing today. Big difference. One team has fans and the other plays in an empty stadium. |

I don't get this line... I can see Baylor being 2 TD fav.
I don't see Baylor winning by 4 TDs I don't think WVU from the Maryland game is the real WVU
